They had all my paperwork ready when I got there to pick up, so it was fast and Bill spent time explaining the car to me. My experience with Bill @Volkswagen Shrewsbury was great. We weren't bombarded with high pressure sales. Bill was friendly and quick to hook us up with a non-pressured test drive, where he didn't insist on accompanying us, and let us experience the ride non-hassled. Bill was also quick to quote us a great price, where as other dealerships couldn't compete. We walked in on a Sunday, and picked up my FUN Beetle purchase 3 days later. Bill was the right salesman for us, helping me to learn all the gadgets on my new purchase. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BILL if you are looking for a car. It was an overall very pleasant experience made with ease, friendliness, excellent pricing, and non-pressured.

The lease on my Jetta had come to an end, and because of the initial positive experience at the dealership (From lease, service, communication for term of lease) I did not hesitate to give preference to Shrewsbury VW. My new lease started with an informative instant message chat with Bill Hoblitzel. he was responsive to my inquiries online as well as when I dropped by the unannounced dealership. Bill was assisting another couple, but made time to speak with me and schedule an appoint the next day when I had time. I put him through his paces ...requesting information and lease options and Bill was all to happy to research and present each in a friendly and patient manner. rom looking at colors to getting a handshake and the keys Bill moved the process along at breakneck speed! If you are in Monmouth County and considering a VW, pick up the phone and talk to Bill, you will not be dissappointed.

I emailed Bill on a Monday and he got back to me with a great quote right away. I purchased my Passat the next day (Tuesday). It was a very comfortable experience with NO PRESSURE. Bill was friendly, and made the transaction super easy (actually enjoyable)! He offered up lots of info about the car and dealership services. I highly recommend VW's to friends & family ... I'll be steering them Bill's way in the future.

After Bill and I communicated by email for a week, we came to a good deal. After one day visit and another day sighed all the docs, we drove our new car home. So simple, so easy. Everybody in the dealership is friendly and professional about VW cars. Great environment, too. Bill Hoblitzell is so patient and considerate. I highly recommend him!

I just leased a new 2012 VW Passat SE from Bill Hoblitzell at Shrewsbury VW. The experience from start to finish was truly pleasureable. Bill was clear with me about pricing, options, and worked with me on my trade in. I can honestly say I would surely do additional business with Bill in the future, and when our other car comes up for replacement, I can safely and confidently say I will speak to him before considering any other vehicle or dealership. At times, buying or leasing a car can be a daunting and unpleasurable task, but my experience was completely the opppsite, and I give Bill and Shrewsbury VW a high rating and reccomendation. Went to 4 other dealers before going here and the guys at Shrewsbury were by far the best to deal with. They understand how to treat a customer. On my 4th VW and wouldn't think of buying another anywhere else but Shrewsbury. Bill is true sales professional and makes buying a car a painless and enjoyable experience.
