The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They keep sending you automated emails from so called "sales manager" who can never be reached on the phone and will never reply to emails. Sales pe They keep sending you automated emails from so called "sales manager" who can never be reached on the phone and will never reply to emails. Sales person who finally reached out to me and tried to help, the next week she was gone, found a better place to work at where managers actually do some work and don't rely on automated email replies! Very disappointed! More

Bait and switch. They said they didn't have the car that I came in for and try to put me in something else. Also try to add put unnecessary add-on on the deal that they couldn't give me documentation on. Fi I came in for and try to put me in something else. Purchased new 2020 Cadillac XT6 Was looking for an SUV to replace my Company Car. Walked in to ELCO Cadillac and met Dan Koopman. I wasn't sure what i wanted and had to work withi Was looking for an SUV to replace my Company Car. Walked in to ELCO Cadillac and met Dan Koopman. I wasn't sure what i wanted and had to work within my Car Allowance. Dan was extremely patient going through all of the options available, pulling different cars around to find then one with the right combination of Features and Colors that I wanted to stay with in my budget. The negotiation for this vehicle was one of the best of any car purchase i have ever made. He used every possible Discount he could for me. Dan stayed in contact with me over a week or so, just checking in, never overwhelming. Worked with me on some some details and we closed the deal. Even got a text picture of it ready to go an hour before i picked it up. The car was spotless and pulled right up front, full tank of gas. Dan went through all the Options in a way i could understand. Dan even set up my OnStar and Cadillac Rewards Accounts for me. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Bill Pastor made the paperwork go fast and easy. Great experience. More
