I have always been distrusting of dealerships and car salesmen. However i was in the market for a new car and had no choice. To my suprise Bill Shafi was a salesman like no other. i felt no pressure or stress and he was very patient with me.

The Stevinson team has taken sales and service to a new level of excellence. Working with Bill Shafi, my wife and I recently purchased a new Boxster S. The process was a pleasure every step of the way, from concept to delivery. Bill is friendly, enthusiastic, knows the product very well, and shares his customers' enthusiasm for it! He's great with follow up and follow through, knowing when to communicate with the customer in a way which maximizes the ease and pleasure of the buying experience. This is our second purchase with Bill and third with the dealership, with consistent results.

Sales Manager Mark Barnett was very helpful with the purchase and also a pleasure to work with, and Craig Muthard did a great job standing in as back-up finance guy, closing the deal smoothly and efficiently. And no review would be complete without mentioning the outstanding service provided by Justin Underwood and the service team.

I've dealt with Bill multiple times and have been very satisfied. My last purchase was a 2012 Carrera. It has a gas saving option that initially had me concerned but after talking to Bill and Justin my mind was put at ease. I've had nothing but excellent experiences with both sales and service.

My wife and I purchased a 2012 Jaguar XF from this dealer. Bill Shafi was great to work with. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the car and similar cars. Likewise, Todd Barclay was very professional and easy to work with. We drove the new car home and have been enjoying it immensely. We found the entire dealership friendly and cooperative. We'll be back for our next purchase and for scheduled maintenance. This is the best dealership I've had the opportunity to work with. Awesome.

I purchased an off dealership used car from Bill and while his knowledge was sufficient, his enthusiasm and willingness to get me the answers he could not immediately supply was inspiring. Historically, after purchasing a vehicle or anything near as significant, the customer service level I received declined sharply once the transaction was complete. This is not the case with Bill or Stevenson Porsche. Continuous progress updates and timely task executions are paramount with this organization. It was worth the 700 mile drive to get the car I wanted and the service I had only previously hoped for.

I recently purchased a pre owned vehicle from stevinson...Bill was my sales person. I can honestly say that this was one of the best sales experiences Ive ever had. He was extremely friendly and had extensive knowledge about the vehicle I was looking at. I had several questions and he took his time answering them and made sure I was comfortable, I never once felt pressured.
A couple days after my purchase he called me back to make sure I was happy.....who does that anymore?

I will definitely recommend stevinson and bill to anyone who wants to buy a car...I know when I'm ready for my next vehicle it will be through Bill .
