I have called the # above & you have not got back to me. I have reached out to Joe Taylor salesperson & we have talked to 2 managers, Still no response other than we are looking into it.The looking into it was in December!! This does not say much for the service provided by this dealership. One manager response was " we gave them more than the car traded in was worth". Funny when I looked on your website our trade in was listed for sale at $3000.00 more than was allotted amount given to us. Some person who buys this is getting an overpriced car.

This now appears to he about how to handle someone who intends to pay cash. I asked Romeo Toyota to bring me the car from Romeo in Kingston, they asked me for a refundable $500.00 deposit and to fill out a credit form. Not unreasonable to ask for "honest money" up front. But when I said that I expected to pay cash for the vehicle they appeared confused and I am now waiting to speak with a "Product Specialist, Lauren". I am amused that my desire to pay cash has seemed to derail what appeared to be a simple process. I'm still waiting for that contact. More later.

Ummm... I had a terrible sales experience with you and my old car's alternator and belt fell off the car within a week of being serviced. As a result, I went to a different dealership and bought a new Kia instead. The Kia is fantastic, much better than anything you had to offer. So thanks for everything you've did to encourage me to buy somewhere else.
