I think I asked over a hundred questions and both of them did not get frustrated at all. They respected me while there and did not try to oversell. Mark gave me a great price for the car I purchased over the phone. WHen I drove the dealer that was the price I got (I drove over 140 miles). I appreciated their help and the time they took to walk me through my options. Best car dealer experience I have ever had. I actually went to three other BMW dealers before I went to Newport. Over two weeks working with Inskip we were frustrated with their unwillingness to make a good deal with us. We decided to go to BMW of Neeport to see if it was possible to make it work with them but were not too hopeful as we didn't have a longstanding relationship with them. We were fortunate to have Milton meet us at the door. After explaining the situation to him and making it clear that we didn't want to play any games, he came back with a great price from the start. Far better than our "friends" at Inskip. Everything about our experience with Milton, Bill, and Nick was terrific, but it was Milton, in his straightforward honesty that made it all possible. Rhode Islanders tend to be somewhat provincial and don't generally like to drive very far, ourselves included. It is well worth the drive to work with the great team at BMW of Newport. Both were outstanding in delivering the kind of customer service and attention to detail that's often lacking in today's business world (let alone the auto sales business). Blake especially went out of his way to satisfy our needs and follow through without exception on locating the specific vehicle we wanted and keeping us informed during each phase of the transaction as promised. Blake and Nicholas also went out of their way to explain every aspect of the new vehicle in a patient and genuinely caring manner. And, while you would expect this from any reputable premium dealer, that hasn't always been our experience in the past. Both of these individuals and all other members of the staff that we interacted with at this dealership were friendly, helpful and courteous. I had previously purchased a Certified Per-Owned vehicle from this dealership, so when I was ready to buy a new one, there was no question where I was going to go. The salesman (Mark Tortolani) was very open and honest and had my wishes as his first priority. He worked with me over a period of time to ensure the vehicles he presented met my requirements. The used car manager (Jim Tarbox) offered a fair and equitable trade in allowance for my old vehicle. The finanace manager (Bill Woodcock) was highly professional, up front, and forthright throughout the process. I live 2 hours away in Massachusetts and was able to accomplish nearly everything online. Frank handled the sale with aplomb, Jason supported the process as a consummate professional, Nick's knowledge of the vehicle was second to none, and Bill imposed no pressure when completing the financing. This dealership is also a strong and active supporter of the military troops serving overseas. It is worth a drive to Newport to have a smooth and cordial car buying experience that is devoid of pressure or antics. Did I receive the absolute best price?
