Billy Tilton at Lester Glenn Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

From start to finish, had a wonderful experience. Walked right in, was greeted immediately. Within five minutes I was talking to a representative, had explained what I was looking for, and was going over available options. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured, nor did I lack confidence in Joe's commitment to getting me what I wanted. All representatives were polite and attentive, met and talked to Billy for a short time while paperwork was being printed/faxed. Darren explained my finance options and explained questions I had about insurance and making payments. The price was well within my range and I had no reason to haggle or crunch numbers over it. Overall a great experience, within a couple visits to the dealership I had all paperwork done and was able to take the car with me.

I bought a 2008 Tiburon GT, it's my first new(er) car and I really love it. I could have got the car from anywhere else, but the staff at the Lester Glenn Chrysler/Jeep dealership made my car buying experience painless, stress free, and they got me exactly what I was looking for.

We went to Lester Glenn looking for a Town and Country van to lease. Our experience couldnt have been better! We were treated with respect and immediately put at ease. Anthony worked with us to find just the right vehicle for us. He was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Billy made the process of negotiations virtually pain free...no haggling! We were very happy with the final price. Darren was also very helpful and friendly. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional. We were able to walk out of the dealership feeling completely satisfied with the purchase of our new van. We wouldnt think of going anywhere else for a new vehicle.

I will never go elsewhere to but a car the experience here was the best I have ever had. From the immediate response to my interest via Internet from Kyle, to Brian going over the van and test drive, then Billy working out the terms of the sale.

Anthony Rose was my salesperson. He was extremely helpful & knowledgable in guiding me to my choice of a Jeep Patriot. He has an extroverted personality which I enjoyed & yet at the same time did not pressure me into a decision. I have owned 5 Grand Cherokee Laredos so this is my 6th Jeep....I decided to downsize to help economize on gas, but did not want to give up the pep of the Laredo nor the convenience of a SUV. I have found this Patriot to be perfect for me at this stage in life. My experience with Mr. Applegate was that he was particularly efficient & made the paperwork aspect of buying a real breeze..it was quick, accurate & pleasant.

I had a great experience at Lester Glenn's dealership. My first contact was with Brian who was very helpful, but I was still unsure of what kind of car I wanted. I then returned and dealt with Bobby. Bobby was a great salesman that was very nice, and I never felt pressured by him. I feel that Bobby went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy, and to make the sale.

A very easy car-buying expereince with everyone doing all they could to allow
us to make a deal. The follow up was exceptional and we brought the car back

I had recently been searching for a new car. Billy Tilton did a great job expediting a refund request on a deposit .I had put on a new jeep in December. I had spoken to a few people and I feli I was getting a run-around until Billy contacted me

Everybody was very freindly up to and even after deal was made! Joe Carroll is probalbly one of the best salesman ive ever dealt with. He wasnt pushy like many other dealers ive dealt with. Ive been to Lester Glenn in the past to purchase cars on other occasions and ended up buying else where but as an experience buyer with the purchase of numerous new and used vehicles in the past, i can honestly say i Had a tremendous experience and would recommend Lester Glenn to any one buying a car. They really impressed me. I feel that Joe Carroll was a big part of my satisfaction. All the staff was freindly and helpful even tho they were not benefiting from my sale.

Very comfortable experience from beginning to end. Everyone we encountered was professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Every issue(and there were some)were quickly addressed and resolved to our complete satisfaction. Our friends, family and neighbors were all surprised at the great deal we got. We had the clear impression that everyone at Lester Glenn honestly wants the customer to drive away completely happy with no regrets. For an all round pleasantly different auto dealership experience I highly recommend Lester Glenn.
