These guys went to every conceivable degree to work with me to effectuate a sale without exerting any pressure. In other words, what I thought might lead to a time consuming and stressful process was anything but. The negotiation and paperwork processes were accomplished very quickly and, having said that, I would recommend anyone searching for a new vehicle visit Volkswagen Reading. I worked with 5 additional dealerships in my area in an attempt to find the best deal for my wife and I yet Zac and Blaine easily produced the best results. Quick , Easy and a good deal I needed to secure a new car in one day. I entered the dealership with at 9:30am and drove out with a new car at 2:00pm. Paul McDonald was able to show me the car I wanted, go for a test drive, and do the initial financial application. He also was able to do a good demonstration about the features the Golf Sportwagen I purchased. Blaine was able to run a credit check, work up the financing, secure a bank loan, speak to my insurance agent , transfer the insurance, submit the title information, go over a car service plan that made sense to me. More

Dealt with Zac Remlinger the entire time via email and he was upfront and honest and was able to secure me an excellent deal that I could not pass up even though another dealership had the same car for just slightly less. The care they in each sale with the customer is by far top notch. Also being able to deal Blaine Hassler again was nice as he was there on my first ever purchase from Reading VW. It's nice dealing someone remembers dealing with you and what car you bought at the time. Also dealt with Jeff Hart and he is by far better than the previous finance guy they had. He built a great coverage plan for my car and explained everything in detail. I never felt like I was being pushed or rushed into a vehicle and everyone was honest and truthful which is a nice thing to see in the car sales business. I will always recommend Reading VW from sales to service - top notch dealership. More
