We had an incredibly positive experience with this dealership. I was initially linked with them via the Costco Auto Program. Rick was prompt in his initial email to help, and Bob followed up as well. Rick was very personable and helpful on the phone during initial calls, and the dealership had inventory that seemed to fit our needs, so we decided to visit.
My wife and I were browsing with our two sons, 1 and 3 years old. The play area was a godsend in helping keep the boys at bay while we took our test drives, and the staff was helpful with the boys and never made us feel that we needed to leave because the boys were a problem(huge point to make, since we would have left immediately if it seemed like we couldn't manage the boys and being thoughtful about this huge decision for us).
The play area room became Rick's makeshift "office" and he was incredibly patient, friendly, comforting and knowledgeable throughout the "plan B" experience.
When the timing was getting later but my wife inquired about an alternate vehicle, we never felt we were putting anyone off in making the request, even as the boys had a few louder moments as their normal bed time had passed.
When the details of finances were being discussed, we felt we were being treated fairly through discussions/ questions/ requests for added details and financing options.
Finally, Bob and Rick were able to work with us in getting the payment to an amount we (and our budget) could feel ok about.
Part of me, of course, will wonder if I could have been a more shrewd negotiator and squeezed a better deal out of the process... but you will find no "buyer's remorse" here. We feel we purchased a quality vehicle for a fair price from people/a business that we feel we can trust to be there for us through the hopefully many years to come in owning this vehicle.

Justin was very patient and helpful in choosing our car (Prius). Tri-County matched all other dealers package (car plus trade-in price). They were very easy to deal with.

Fred made us feel comfortable and relaxed. He answered all of our questions. What normally would have been a stressful experience, had become a pleasant experience. We're very happy with our purchase and with the professionalism of the staff. We highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a great vehicle and a great group of people to work with.

I dread going to a car dealer, but these guys made it a painless and totally positive experience. There was no pressure to buy or add on any special features. These guys know their stuff and got me in and out in much less time than I expected. They had great music playing too.

Whenever I go to Tri-County Toyota for service my vehicles they always friendly and very helpfull. Before even thinking of buying a new car Michael Moffa approached me. And I like his approach. When I wanted to buy a car I went to him and told what I want. He gave me the facts and figures and did not push for the sale. He helped me to make the decission by myself. Great service. I recommend Michael and Tri-County Toyota for the great service they provide for their customer.

After I decided on the Toytoa Rav4. I went to Tri County to learn more about the features of the vehicle.My salesman,Ron Stender,asked me many questions to see which Rav4 would best suit my wants.My wife & I then reviewed the vehicles that were available. We both decided on aRav4 LTD. We both took a test run and we both were impressed. Ken also paid special attention to our option of taking a 3 year lease and explained all the details as this was our first leased car.After obtaining some basic numbers he went to discuss them with his sales manager Bob Bozarth.When he returned with his findings I did not feel this was a good deal & Ken brought Bob back to meet us.After a brief chat I told them I wanted their best number because I would check with one other dealer,which I did. they were both honest & comfortable with their pricing. After receiving information from the other dealer I let them know that they were within a few dollars and accepted their deal. WE were impressed with bth indiduals attention to detail and our concerns. NOTE: 6 years prior we bought a toyota at the other dealership.

Dealing with Nick was a pleasure. I went looking to buy a used Tundra. They were more interested in understanding what I was looking for in a truck and presenting me the different options. I never felt pressured and they didn't try the usual sales tricks to try and pressure you into buying. Even the followup coorespondence was personal and without pressure.

Bob was great at presenting the sales numbers which were complete and easy to understand. When we closed the deal there were no hidden adders and not pressure to buy a bunch of extra's to run up the costs.

I'll be back for the next caar for my wife
