I had a great experience buying a new car. Bob was a very patient and knowledgeable no pressure salesman that took the time to help me choose the best car for me and give me the best price possible. I would definitely recommend you go him as someone you can go to for your next car purchase. Overall, the experience was as painless as a car buying experience can be.

I'm re-posting because I misspelled Bob's last name and want to make sure he gets the review.

Bob was my sales person but I found the team to professional, courteous and helpful even though I was not the most patient customer. Bob was always very calm and patient even when I was not happy. The team went out of thier way over a three day period to get me into a vehicle that I would like at an affordable payment. Many places treat people with not-so-perfect credit like second classed citizens that should be grateful for whatever is offered. Never did I even hear 'beacuase of your credit'. I felt as though I was treated like a customer....period. I will certainly recommend people to visit you guys. Thanks.

Bob was excellent. The whole purchase process took about 5 hours, which is not bad when buying a new car. I will definitely purchase all my future cars from this dealership and recommend them to others.

my expierence at d ambrosio was excellant, i am still in shock i never expected to leave with a brand new car, used maybe ,the salesmen asked me what i was looking for and i told him something used , and he said why not new, i said my credit would not allow for something new, i told him that if i got a brand new car id buy him dinner,bob holmes i owe u a dinner...!!!!!!!!!!!! we made history on 4/17/12 the first time in my life i actually had a brand spankin new car, bob holmes is a great sales person , he should be commended he was working with 2 or 3 different customers at one time, we had a very good day,, when im in need of a car the next time , i know right where to go. thank you so much,,, debra powell
