Bob Nuthals at Dorsch Ford Kia

Dorsch Ford Kia is simply great. We travel 40 minutes one way for each of our two vehicles for service at Dorsch because we have been so satisfied with their sales and ongoing service.

Bob is always very helpful and friendly. He was my service adviser at Karcz Ford, in Pulaski. When they closed I followed Bob to Dorsch and like always, I still get great advise & service.
Bob always tells me what he would reccommend and why.
I don't know alot about cars and Bob always goes into great detail so I understand why something needs to be done and what could happen if I don't take care of it.

:) When I went in in for repairs on my 2000 ford taurus I wanted to really make sure I was listened to, and my concerns were gonna be adressed, after meeting Bob Nuthals last Wednesday morning I knew I was talking to the right person about my concerns. Bob listened to me, gave genuine interest to make sure I understood what was gonna happen next, and most important got me where I needed to be on time! Bob genuinely showed he cared about correcting the issues with my car! The service I was given will stick in my mind and I will absolutely only go to them for car repairs, I raved about them all day that day! :)

After my experience, I would definetely have my car serviced at Dorsch in the future. Bob Nuthals is so friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help out. He took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. He really made me feel that I was getting the best quality service. If I had any concerns I am confident that they would be addressed right away.

We have worked with Bob in the service department for a few years and every experience has been wonderful. He is very helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else and we plan on buying Ford from this dealer in the future because of our positive experiences in the service department.

I originaly had my vechile serviced from Karz in Pulaski and Bob was my service representative. When Karz closed I ended up at Dorsch because of Bob. It was great to continue see him because he knew everything about my vehicle, what we had done for service in the past and what was upcoming.
I am in field service work so I put on a lot of mileage on my vechile. Bob knows when my vehicle is in for service and what is needed.

With the great service and knowledge I receive from Bob my 2003 Ford E250 van will be hitting the 184,000 mile mark within the next 1 month. I am not affraid to drive it anywhere because I know it has been taken care of. I need to have a reliable vechile because my vechile revolves around my job.

I am in sales so I put on a lot of mileage. Bob knows when my vehicle is in for service it better be leaving in tip top shape. Everything needs to be looked at even if it is only in for an oil change.

With the great service and knowledge I receive from Bob my 2003 Ford Explorer will be hitting the 300,000 mile mark within the next 2-3 months. I am not affraid to drive it anywhere because I know it has been taken care of.
I have never received that type of mileage with any of the other vehicles I have driven.

I purchased my Ford Fusion at another Ford Dealership about 2 hours away from where I live near Green Bay. I traveled there whenever I needed something done to my vehicle, but the 2 hour drive was time-consuming. I decided to try a local dealership and knew Dorsch Ford was it. I was very happy with the service I received and my Service Advisor, Bob Nuthals. I most definitely will be coming here again for any future service on my Ford Fusion.

They were friendly and timely. Very clean and nice dealership with a very nice waiting area. Very good service and a nice selection of vehicles.
