Bob Parker at Lamoureux Ford

I had the absolute best experience with Bob Parker and Lamoureux Ford in purchasing a new 2014 Mustang.

I had not purchased a car since 2002, and when it was time to buy a new car this Spring, I was hesitant about finding the right dealer. I knew that I was interested in a new Ford Mustang to replace my 11 year old model, but I wanted to make sure that the experience of purchasing a new car was a positive one. I have had mixed experiences in the past with other dealers, and I really wanted to feel confident in the integrity and friendliness of a car dealer since I don’t buy cars that frequently.

I had initially placed a few calls to local Ford dealers (Boston area), and was not impressed. No one was willing to talk over the phone about model availability, pricing, or any details. They were vague and only were interested in having me visit the dealerships I had called.

After those initial conversations, I located Lamoureux Ford through Dealer Rater.com. I was impressed by the strong positive reviews, and the certification of being the highest Ford dealership rated in the state of Massachusetts. I placed a call to Bob Parker, and we had a very relaxed conversation about the car I was searching for, my expectations, and generally who I am. Bob kindly took all of the information and asked if he could call me back the next day once he had completed some research.

The next day Bob called, and we talked again. Over the phone, he provided details about the sales price of the new car that I was interested in. Then we talked about the value of my car (pending an inspection by his team). If I was interested, then we could also explore financing options. I was very comfortable given that he distinguished all three of these aspects of a sale (new car price, old car trade-in price, and financing). Nothing is more confusing when a sales person starts rolling all three inputs into one deal.

I drove to the dealership the following Saturday and met Bob. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly. I was impressed and I decided to order a car from the Ford factory so that I could have the exact options that I was seeking. Bob took all of the information, and we agreed on a price (which in my opinion was a very fair deal). The car would take ~8-10 weeks to build. I also met with Peter Stafford to discuss financing. He was easygoing and informative as well, and he did talk about additional options, but there was no hard sale of extra features. Additionally, while I was there, Marc Lamoureux came over and introduced himself. We talked a good deal about Ford and car sales in general, and he also went out of his way in helping me, along with Bob and Peter. It was a great, relaxed experience, and I was very satisfied.

The best news was that my car was ready after only ~6 weeks, and there was an additional Ford company sales incentive that occurred while my car was being built. Lamoureux honored that new incentive as well. When I picked up my car, Bob and Marc greeted me again. The paperwork (as well as the behind the scenes insurance, financing, registration and inspection details coordinated by Bob) went smoothly.

Bob took me out to the new car, and spent a good deal of time explaining all of the details. This new car has many electronic features on the dash that I had never used prior-hand, and Bob was great and patient in walking through all of these features.

I drove away extremely happy, and I love my new car and highly praise the service, pricing and overall experience I had with Lamoureux. A good friend of mine is thinking of purchasing a Ford product in the next year and we definitely will return to Lamoureux. The location isn’t exactly convenient to me (I live over an hour away), and there are several Ford dealers where I live, but I would return to Lamoureux in a heartbeat.

Everything was top notch and I highly recommend working with Bob Parker and Lamoureux Ford.

Both Mr. Bob Parker and Mr. Koko are very nice. All the process of buying is wonderful! Even when I ask about the price at the first time on cell phone, Bob give me the best choice over 25 dealerships, briefly.And he taught me how to get use to the new car very patiently. Koko help me a lot too, finding my favorite car with contacting other dealerships. And the final price is good.

Everyone at Lamoureux Ford has always been very friendly and helpful. Bob Parker always goes the extra step and helps get the car in the right color and is very helpful. We have always been very happy with sales service that we get. We will be back for another car I'm sure.

From the first visit the sales person reviewed the vehicle features. The dealer ship allowed the consumer to test drive the vehicle alone and not with a sales person in the vehicle as other dealerships do not allow this. Have dealt with this dealership for many years and have always found them to be consumer friendly taking the time to explain new vehicle features and options available!

I purchased a 2004 focus at the time Millbury Ford was aware they were to become Langway Ford. My wife's issues were fluffed off, she is a woman after all. Later I had the problem fixed at Tom O'Malley's in Charlton. Tom said he thought it might still be under warranty and suggested Lamoureux Ford in East Brookfield, Massachusetts. It was covered fully and happily resolved very rapidly. Early this October 2012 my wife and I, she is still a woman, returned to see Bob Parker at Lamoureux Ford and purchased a 2012 Ford 150 window van with less than 4,000 miles on it. I am sure my experiences in East Brookfield can only get better.

I felt so comfortable buying a car here! No high pressure obnoxious sales people, no bs stories about past ownership, just honest friendly service and a great deal! I traded in my old car and they were refreshingly fair about the appraisal and the truck I bought I couldn't believe I could afford. I would absolutely come back and refer others to this dealership. I was also impressed with the efficiency of how the paperwork was handled. This has been by far my best car buying experience!

Bob Parker treated us awesome. He was friendly and understood our needs and wants. My wife and I were introduced to other members of the staff and they took the time to simply have a friendly chat. In addition the whole process was very simple and fast. I will always buy our vehicles from Lamoureux Ford.
