My Review of Herzog-Meier Volkswagen :
Bob was extremely friendly, honest, and helpful, without being pushy. He made my first car buying experience a very pleasant one and I feel confident that I know both the pros & cons of my new-to-me used car. Everyone that I encountered during my visits to the dealership was very helpful and explained the process to me clearly, so there were no unpleasant surprises at the end of the day. I will (and already have) recommend Herzog-Meier very highly to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. Out of all the dealerships I visited in my search for the perfect car, the folks at Herzog-Meier were the only ones who didn't make me feel like I was getting taken for a ride as I was looking at the cars on the lot. They're the best!

Worked with Bob Porter on buying a new VW Jetta. Bob was on top of things from the get go and ended up getting me the car I wanted. Lots of hurdles to get through moving from Canada to the US but Bob was able to help me get by them. Good experience working with Bob and would definitely work with him again on looking/buying another vehicle.

Working with Herzog Meier was amazing experience. They let me purchase my car in the way that I felt more comfortable. And their staff was so friendly- from the moment I walked in the door to when I walked out with my keys. I will definitely be going back to Herzog Meier for my next car purchase. They have my highest recommendation!

My Review of Herzog-Meier Volkswagen :
I was looking for a new VW GTI for my wife. Stopped in for a scouting exercise and met Bob Porter in the parking lot after I got out of my car. Bob is a very low key type with no pressure to put you off. He let me drive several examples of the GTI and even helped me drive a C30 Volvo (same dealership) for comparison. I was very impressed with the professionalism and demeanor of everyone I met at Herzog. I returned a few days later with my wife to take a closer look. She was also impressed with Bob and Nick Lee. She loved the car that I saw earlier that had a few upgrades in terms of after-market goodies. The sales process went very quickly and these guys detailed the vehicle and had it looking perfect in a very short time. ....And the price was VERY competitive.

Bob was very kind and amicable. He worked with my wife and I in helping get into a fine pre-owned vehicle. Would be happy to work with him again. Thanks! It was nice to be able to connect with someone so knowledgeable. The length of our stay was a bit long, but that wasn't anyone's fault really. Just paperwork.

I have never had a bad experience at Herzog-Meier. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership and had a wonderful car buying experience. Bob was great to work with! From the moment I walked up to the dealership he made me feel very welcome and I knew that I would be well taken care of. Everyone was very kind and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Herzog-Meier and Bob truly made the difference. I left with a 2011 Jetta TDI with a very big smile on my face.
