In the past we purchased 2 Toyotas from this dealership. We were very happy with the service. This time we decided to not purchase the car we looked at. He called in the sales manager who in his own words admitted that his intent was to talk us into purchasing the car. Our first two car buying experiences at this dealership were very pleasant.
