I saw an ad on craigslist for a dodge durango and submitted a credit application. Within minutes Seleana emailed me back and asked to call. I am very busy and i asked if we could handle the transaction by email and to my surprise she said yes and made it very easy for me. I am in the middle of rebuilding my credit so i didnt have high hopes of getting the vehicle but with my down payment and lots of hard work on their part i got approved and got the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership mainly because of how easy the sales process is.

R.C. Hill Mitsubishi and its employees were a breath of fresh air! I'm used to the high pressure (fake attitude) side of car shopping, where you're instantly swarmed by a pack of Jackal salesman trying to force a purchase. The experiences I have had at dealerships in the past have been quite disheartning and highly stressful. My experience at R.C. Hill was entirely different. I ended up purchasing a 2009 BMW 325i, with Russell as my salesman. He explained how the dealership does business; ie. no haggle pricing, low pressure, etc. I highly valued this method of salesmanship and in the end was extremely satisfied with the acquisition. I highly recommend this dealership and will return to R.C. Hill when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle.

The prices for the great are great and low! I'm 18 years old with no credit, and a cosigner whos credit wasnt the best, and Anthony worked really hard to make sure I could get my dodge caliber! Mr. Young did an awesome job working to find a bank that would accept my loan. I love my car and the service I got here was remarkable! I'm deffinetly sending friends and family to go see Anthony when they are looking for a car!

After a long and exhaustive search for a new vehicle I finally purchased a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. It’s a cute little SUV but is filled with safety features and tons of basic features that were part of the base model. It’s loaded with everything from Bluetooth to an inside temperature display and all for less than $17K. The best part is that I got a bumper to bumper 100,000 mile warranty and a 5 year Roadside Assistance Service!! When they told me that, I was sold. Plus, they helped me with the financing challenge of being upside down in what I owed on my old vehicle. So, a big Thank You to RC Hill Mitsubishi, especially Jeff and Bob for being so helpful!!

I recently purchased a Honda Accord. I had such a pleasant experience at RC Hill. It was hassle free. From the time I entered the car lot until the time I left everyone was very helpful. Jeff was the first to greet me whom I had spoke with already on the phone. Tim came over and shared a few words with my husband and me. Mike came over and wished us luck on getting the car. I thought that was very nice. Jeff even let me use the computer to print out my id cards for my insurance. Bob was great. He went over the financials and explained the numbers made sure I understood anything and answered all my questions. RC Hill made buying my car very easy. I love my new Honda Accord! I will definitely be back in the future when my husband is ready to purchase a new vehicle!

I came into the dealership to trade in my car for an upgrade. Troy came out to greet me and we immediately began discussing my needs for the new vehicle. He showed us what we were looking for and ultimately got us into a car for the right price. Troy, Tim, and Bob made everything very easy and transparent throughout the whole process and I am extremely satisfied with both my buying experience and new car.
