Bobby was very nice to my wife and I. He really worked with us to get the car we wanted at the price we were wanting to pay. He helped us by giving us a very good tour of the cars features and even set up our phones. Always been a customer at Honda as I drive a 2003 CRV purchased from there.

Dealer was professional and helpful and honored the Costco pricing.Johann was very helpful and provided us two test drives and spent 30+ minutes showing us the features of the car. He also set up the bluetooth for the phone and helped on the phone settings for the car. He was very, very helpful and experienced with all the features of the vehicle.

Had a great experience with Vince & Bobby. We came in fairly late in the evening, they honored the internet quote we had previously received and worked through the remaining details fairly quickly. My wife went home to get our kids in bed, I finished the paperwork and we came back the next day so that they could walk us both through the specifics of the car and help us understand all of the features worked. Nice, cordial people who weren't pushy at all. Even the finance guy, Andrew was easy to work with.

We wanted to say thank you for our recent visit to Honda of Simi Valley last Sunday where we were greeted and served by Bobby Tarafdar. I will say that this was the best experience that I have had with regard to car dealerships. I did not feel any pressure but was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Our daughter enjoyed the play room while we processed our paperwork. Bobby Tarafdar was able to communicate with my husband in his native language and come to find out that they are from the same town growing up, in fact it turns out that Mr. Tarafdar's mother was my husbands school teacher. I would highly recommend this dealership and the services of Bobby Tarafdar to others and feel very comfortable to return should we need any services in the future- which I usually tend to shy aware from, due to lack of comfort. It has been almost 10 years since my last new car purchase (which was also a Honda vehicle) but I went through the Costco program at the time just to avoid the dealership. I would say that our visit Sunday was enjoyable which I never thought I would say about a visit to a car dealership. Thank you very much for the excellent service and for having quality staff that provide customers with such wonderful treatment. We are so pleased with our car and feel very fortunate to have chosen Honda and had the pleasure of meeting Bobby Tarafdar.

unlike two other dealers we visited, this one was up front as to what they had in the lot. the car we were looking for was up front when we arrived. they were willing to negotiate to an agrreable price. they were courteous. they prepped the car and explained how everything worked.
