My Review of Northwest MINI:
Will and Brad helped my husband and I with the purchase of our new Mini Countryman. They were both very helpful. Will really knows his product and was able to show it to us in the best possible light. The car essentially sells itself but Will's expertise only added to purchase experience in a positive way.
Brad helped us with our financing of the vehicle. We thought we were going to use our credit union but once Brad came back to us explaining the rate he could get us we were impressed. He was friendly, thorough and very professional in his explanation of the financing process. He was sensitive to our need to not waste a lot of time in the process also as we were on our way to an important softball game for our daughter.
The car is awesome, the service was awesome. We are very happy and recommend NW Mini to everyone.

Best car purchase ever! Brad Davis was fantastic to work with when purchasing our new MINI. It was to be a surprise for my wife and we were able to do set it up completely over the phone and with email. I found a Chili Red one on Northwest MINI's website that had most everything she wanted our MINI to have for options; it was only missing the bonnet stripes. Brad took care of that and everything else to make the surprise happen. He was professional, knowledgeable and fun throughout the process.

Brad had a couple of ideas on how to do the unveiling and we came up with a plan together. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone at the showroom was in on the surprise except my wife. Brad was with another client, but would sneak over to check on us while the others in the dealership kept my wife occupied. Brad had it under a cover with a giant red bow. Brad was the complete showman when he met up with my wife and I. When he asked what we were looking for she told him she really wanted to look at a gray one! I was shocked and silent, but Brad handled it smoothly. He kept talking to her and finally she let it out that red was what she really wanted but there were none on the lot. He then told her he had one under the cover that was already sold, but the owners were coming later to pick it up. He told her to go peek at the red one while he got the keys for the gray. We lifted the cover and then she says it is exactly what she wanted: Chili Red, white top, sunroof, and white stripes. He then told us we could sit in it if we promised to not get fingerprints anywhere as the owners were real picky! The entire showroom was now surrounding us in anticipation of the surprise. It was great fun as she screamed like a game show contestant when she found out it was hers!

Brad still checks in to make sure we are happy and knows us by name when we visit the dealership. Great service during the purchase and 3 months later. Go see Brad!

These guys are great! Totally felt comfortable working with Brad Davis. He was so helpful and informative with all our questions and his enthusiasm was contagious. Great dealership, very friendly and respectful. Diane Steeves was great to work with too! So nice! Nothing but good vibes with the whole experience! Of course the Mini sells itself once you drive it! Would so recommend NW Mini, Brad and Diane to anyone who asks. Thanks to all of the crew at NW Mini, we love love love our new Mini!

My Review of Northwest MINI:
My husband and I both purchased MINI Coopers in 2010. He bought his in November and because of the overwhelmingly positive experience we had during his purchase, I went back to NW MINI in December for a test drive. I drove off the lot in an oxygen blue hard top with white racing stripes and I couldn't have been happier.

Brad Davis is undoubtedly the best car salesperson either of us has worked with. He is approachable, informative, friendly, patient and most of all, not pushy. I can't even count the times I've recommended this dealership because buying a car there feels so different. Ask anyone. Stepping onto a car lot isn't on anyone's list of favorites. With Northwest MINI, it's different. In fact, I actually look forward to my annual car checkups because I get to say hello to Brad, check out the latest MINI motoring gear, and ask about what's new in the MINI line.

We're already daydreaming about new cars,(I'm ready for purple haze to make a comeback) perhaps with a leasing option in the future. I have no doubt that Brad will take care of us when it comes to a trade in and I trust this dealership to be fair and reasonable on all accounts.

Would I recommend this dealership? Yes. With no hesitation whatsoever.

My Review of Northwest MINI:
I orginally purchased my Mini in 2006 from Brad and Diane helped with the financing. When Lakecity opened I thought great, same make, the same guy owns both places must be the same great quality experience WRONG!!. Over the last few year I had begun to not only hate the idea of dealing with Lakecity but seriously thought about getting rid of the car in general given the list of issues it had according to Lakecity. This last Saturday I went to Fife to say hi to the gang and in the course of our conversation explained the fore mentioned furstation.

Well in the span of little over an hour not only were my concerns handled by Bert(in service), the car repaired (under extended warrenty), my faith in the brand restored, but the most serious "issues" that Lakecity "found" didnt even exist.

In short, you want a MINI? buy it from Brad in Fife, want it financed? talk to Diane, when it needs something you talk to Bert. I would drive past Lakecity Mini on my way to NW Mini anyday, this from a guy with 22 years in the customer service biz.

I bought my 2010 Mini Cooper on Dec. 26th 2010, it was the best service I have ever had! When I went in Brad immediately came and helpped me find my amazing little car! He worked with me all day to not only show me the cars I had specifically comin in looking for but also to find me the best deal he could.

I went in looking at used Mini's thinking that's all that I could afford but after running the numbers he explained the interest rates would be higher and I would have to come up with a higher down payment to get my payment where I needed it and that purchasing a brand new car would ultimately be a better value, there was only one question I had for him...how close can he get me to my budget?

I didn't really have many specifications, only that I wanted a manual transmission and a sunroof...he found me two cars within my budget that had that and much much much more than I had originally cared about having in the car. Since it was the day after Christmas the loan application took a few hours (just because of the holiday) and the whole time Brad was awesome making sure to keep me updated on what was going on talking with my parents (who had come with me) and I.

I live in Portland OR and drive up to NW Mini anytime I need to have my car serviced because of Brad and the rest of the staff there. Brad still knows who I am everytime I go in and remembers conversations that we had almost two years ago. The guys in the service department are just as great making sure that if I need anything it's done quickly and correctly the first time. I always feel so welcome when I walk in to the delaership and reccomend NW Mini to everyone I know that is looking to purchase a Mini.

If you're looking for the best service you will ever have at a car dealership go to NW Mini and ask for Brad...you won't be disappointed!!
