Let's start with our interaction with the manager. He made us feel as though he wasn't interested in selling us a car, almost as if he was doing us a favor. Additionally, after few days coming back, we had another disappointing experience with the individual in the parts department. I don't recall his name, but he was quite rude. We waited a long time before another staff member approached us to assist me If it weren't for the salesperson, we might not have even considered purchasing a car from this dealer. I'm truly not satisfied with our experience." More
