Love the car. Also bought a used car for over $30k that had zero gas in it and needed an oil change 20 days after purchase. Would expect an oil change to have been done and full tank of gas at that price point. More

During the sale process the dealership overall great! ! However I will say the the hard add-ons, in my personal opinion are not of significant value that can be seen as a visible value giving the cost o ! But over-all Jacob was great ....but I did learn after I filled up my car for the first time ...the car didn't have a FL tank of gas upon delivery More

As a customer service professional with over 10 years of experience as a front line employee for various corporations, I’ve seen some of the best and worst interactions with customers that can make or break experience as a front line employee for various corporations, I’ve seen some of the best and worst interactions with customers that can make or break a business relationship. Prior to stopping by Indy Honda, I traversed the South-side of Indy, hoping to find a reliable car after my life was upended by a car accident that left me in a financial gutter and emotional wreckage. After a series of negative interactions at two prior dealerships back to back in the span of 2 hours, I lost confidence in car shopping and I feared setting foot in another showroom. However, my confidence quickly restored the moment I met Lamont who greeted me with a smile and warmth imbued with a ray of sunshine. Not once did he make me feel undervalued as a customer and it was within that moment, I knew that I could do business with him. Breath-taking is the only word that I can use to describe his level of professionalism, patience, understanding and empathy. He answered all my questions from the moment I set foot on the premises until the grayness of the evening skies could be seen through the windshield of the Honda that I financed. A crisis was turned into an opportunity and his business acumen is an asset to Indy Honda. I will be referring my co-workers to him or anyone who is interested in buying a car. Clearly, he represents the Honda brand and I highly recommended Lamont as your future salesman at Indy Honda. I'm already excited about bringing my car into Indy Honda for oil changes and maintenance visits because Lamont has left a positive impression that resulted in me now becoming a lifelong Honda customer. More

Vehicle not cleaned at all: lots of dog hair and old French fries, lint and interior windows not clean. The Ziebart protection package doesn't appear to have been applied, but I did get that new car sme French fries, lint and interior windows not clean. The Ziebart protection package doesn't appear to have been applied, but I did get that new car smell, so I basically paid $660 for air freshener. A bait and switch was attempted twice with my documentation, day of purchase and two days later when I returned for the missing documents. I was given an envelope with the contract, each time without the documents. When I inquired of why certain documents were not included I was asked "why do I need them". I reported one amount of income, the salesman input twice that amount on original paperwork to be submitted to finance (I caught this and the salesman crossed it out). More
