I made a 7:00am appt for and oil change at 8:35 I asked for an update and was told they just pulled it in the bay- I left without the oil change, they seemed surprised that I wasn't willing to wait 20 more for an update and was told they just pulled it in the bay- I left without the oil change, they seemed surprised that I wasn't willing to wait 20 more minutes. I made a 7:00am appt this morning for an oil change - an hour and 35 minutes later I asked if this was a typical wait with an appointment and was told they had just pulled it into the bay and were shocked w hour and 35 minutes later I asked if this was a typical wait with an appointment and was told they had just pulled it into the bay and were shocked when I told them to pull it out and I would go elsewhere - even asked you don't want to wait 20 more minutes and make the time you've already waited count? and then stated they only had one person working today - the customer service is POOR I don't even give them one star. More

I worked with Brandon Lopez in purchasing a Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat. I lived close to 5 hours away but he was one of two dealerships (of dozens) that actually followed up and took me seriously on buying my SRT Hellcat. I lived close to 5 hours away but he was one of two dealerships (of dozens) that actually followed up and took me seriously on buying my car. He also worked with some of my restrictions and got the car delivered to me the day after putting down my deposit, even despite being 30 minutes from closing time. I do honestly believe he got me the best price for this car. Especially considering the protection and other safety factors included that will keep the car alive for years to come. I briefly read some of the other reviews regarding Brandon and personally that was not my experience. No complaints and still responds to me even after the purchase. Dishonest salespeople, horrible customer service, terrible service department. Sold me a Jeep Cherokee Latitude that’s a piece of junk. In September I came out of pocket to get my air filter sensor r terrible service department. Sold me a Jeep Cherokee Latitude that’s a piece of junk. In September I came out of pocket to get my air filter sensor replaced.$900+ to fix my vehicle. I’m mad at the saleswoman Mireya Sanchez for taking advantage of my need to get a vehicle. I could have declined but I expected better from a woman salesperson. Don’t be fooled. They are not a good dealership. Personally I have bought 3 vehicles from the Covert family of dealerships and has had bad experiences. Never again. More

I purchased 2020 chey blazer I have been to this service department a few times and it always not a good experience. This last time made an appointment and was told to bring the car in today at 8 am. When I arrived he tells me that I will have to leave it 3 to 5 days for them to look at it. Why can't they set up a system where they tell you when you are making the appointment that it will take that long for them to look at your car.now leaving the car for 3 to 5 days just to look at it ,then the time to repair it you would think they would give you a loaner so you would not be with out your car for all that time.my car has 26000.miles.i would think they could find a better way to help their customers I have purchased 2 cars from their dealerships .Will be looking elsewhere in the future More

Brandon Lopez was absolutely the best salesman to work with!! He was kind enough to help us from start to finish on what we wanted in my new Silverado High Country!! If it wasn't for his outstanding expertise in putting together not only the inside of this vehicle!! But the outside as well for me!! We would not have received our awesome, wonderful and beautiful new Silverado High Country!! Brandon Lopez, we can't thank you enough for all your patience and 100% help on my new to die for 2024 Silverado HC!! I love everything about it!! My son came to an agreement on one of your trucks, advised he was going to his bank to get the funds and the sale associate called, as he was pulling in the parking lot, that the manager had just sold the truck. After months of contemplating to trade my 2019FordF-150 for a car wasn't something I wanted to do; One thing for sure, I WAS GOING BACK TO Brandon Lopez at Covert Hutto. I lost count on how many vehicles for a car wasn't something I wanted to do; One thing for sure, I WAS GOING BACK TO Brandon Lopez at Covert Hutto. I lost count on how many vehicles I've bought from Covert Hutto, but never would I go to anyone else but this outstanding Salesman, Brandon Lopez. His knowledge of what he's selling to me is never left me wondering if 'he knows what he's doing', because it's very apparent that he self-checks himself on any vehicle he's going to sell or show me. I never have felt pressured or question myself on any of my purchases. If he doesn't know the answer, he will tell you and he will find it. He down-right listens to your every need and interest on the type of vehicle that best fits YOU! Brandon's customer service and sales experience makes him stand out among his peers to include complete knowledge about the self, product, company and the customer! Way to Go Brandon!!! More

Craig Martinez gave us the best car buying experience ever, we traded in 2 vehicles and purchased 2 vehicles from him. We reached out Friday evening (never stepped foot into the dealership), we told him ever, we traded in 2 vehicles and purchased 2 vehicles from him. We reached out Friday evening (never stepped foot into the dealership), we told him exactly what we were looking for and our budget. He went on to work out a deal for us even on his day off and while they were closed to ensure he could provide us with exceptional service. Then after stars & moon were aligned, they delivered our vehicles down to us in San Antonio!!! Never even had to leave the house...still blown away from this experience. Also - I have to give Brandon in Finance a double thumbs up, uber professional and completely on his game. Took great care of us and provided us with some extended coverage that fit our budget. An all new meaning to "The Dynamic Duo" - thanks guys & Thanks to Covert Country!!! More
