I had an excellent experience at Dean Team. The customer service is wonderful. I worked with Brandon and am thrilled with my new car. He is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, kind and has a great sense of humor. Sometimes it can be stressful making a decision on a car. He is very helpful and made the whole process fun, quick, easy and stress free. He will definitely get my business again. I feel that he is honest and trustworthy and appreciated the time he took to answer my questions. Thank you Dean Team ,you are THE BEST for customer service which is hard to come by these days.

Everyone was friendly. Brandon was great! Very friendly & helpful. I hate the process of purchasing a car but he made the whole process very painless. My husband purchased his VW CC about 1 1/2 years ago also from The Dean Team on Manchester & the continued great service is what brought us back to purchase my new Tiguan. I also look forward to the continued service for my vehicle.

I think this was the friendliest dealership I have been to. Every single person there was so Nice and helpful. Brandon was very patient with us and helped me to make a great decision, I love my new Passat, Diesel Engine, and I would buy another one from Dean Team, except mine will probably last forever.

Recently purchase a 2012 Passat from this dealership after visiting with them at the St. Louis Auto Show. On our first visit to the dealership the sales consultant actually remembered talking with us at the auto show even after meeting with who knows how many people during the auto show. When we picked up the car, Brandon took his time explaining EVERYTHING on the inside and outside of the car - even taking time to flag the page in the owner's manual which explained how to program the garage door openers. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
