My Review of Ken Garff Audi:
I have purchased 5 vehicles from Ken Garff Porsche/Audi/VW, most recently my 2008 Audi RS4. When needing service work I have the choice of which dealer or service facility to use, and I choose to bring my cars to Ken Garff because I feel that Brandon, Dagan, and Justin are trusted advisors. They know my cars, know the history of the cars, and help me keep my cars performing the best they can. When dealing with them I feel that they represent my best interests and they go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. I even choose to service other vehicles that weren't purchased at Ken Garff Porsche/Audi/VW here because of the excellent care they receive. My service experience with Ken Garff has always been exceptional and I've referred many of my friends to the dealership to service their vehicles as well.

My Review of Ken Garff Volkswagen:
I experienced the most exceptional service at Ken Garff VW that I've ever had. My Passat suffered from a bad repair from another shop, who couldn't "feel" the drive stability issues I knew existed as a result of their work. Brandon Rigby of Garff VW listened to me intently, respected my view and took ownership of fixing the problem. Further, the mechanic, Russ, physically showed me the problem he identified and logically discussed with me the pros/cons of his recommended solution. Brandon also worked with the original repair shop, who paid for VW to fix their erroneous repair of my car. I will never go to another VW or Audi dealership again.

My Review of Ken Garff Porsche:
I have purchased 4 vehicles from Ken Garff Porsche/Audi/VW, with number 5 coming in a few days. Each time the price has been reasonable, sometimes even outstanding. I am currently purchasing my 5th vehicle from them and in dealing with Tom and Scott I have found them willing to work hard for my business. Tom has been willing to go out of his way to make sure I am happy, while Scott has been attentive to the needs that have not been met during past sales. They have both worked to right any perceived problems I have experienced on my last purchase. I will also say that the main reason I keep coming back to Ken Garff Porsche/Audi/VW is because of Brandon Rigby and Brad in Porsche Service. In all the years I have been coming to this Porsche dealer the service department has always gone out of their way to make sure I am happy and satisfied with their work. A big thanks goes to Brandon and Brad.
