Brandon made sure that I was very comfortable with the car that I was purchasing. He got me the best and fairest price and matched another car that I was previously looking at. He was also willing to to go all the way to Salt Lake City to pick up my car and was very informant about all of the paper work to make sure I understood everything.

I answered "great" on my answers for many reasons. Brandon offered great customer service. As soon as I pulled into the lot at Ken Garff he came right out to assist me. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions I had. I felt as if he genuinely cared about my car buying experience. He worked fast to get me in the cars I wanted to test drive. I refer all my friends and family looking for cars to Ken Garff Posche Audi VW and Brandon Robinson everytime.

Brandon is an extremely knowledgable Volkswagen employee and knows the product. He is very personable and enjoys working with anyone. I recommend him above other salesmen as he doesn't rush you into things, rather, he helps you find YOUR Volkswagen. I was in the market for a new 2011 Jetta but found more than what I expected, and Brandon only made the transition even easier into my new vehicle. I honestly recommend you speak with him!

My Review of Ken Garff Volkswagen:
I had never had my own car before and I saw a particular used car online that I was interested in. When I called, it turned out that that car was already sold, but Brandon worked hard and looked all over to find other cars that fit my requirements. He eventually found a great used car for me that I'm very happy with. Brandon was very friendly the whole time that he helped me, but he wasn't the only one. The other people at the dealership were also very friendly whenever I saw them. When it finally came to buying the car I had one concern that they took care of right away without a problem. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would tell someone looking for a car to at least see what Brandon and the dealership can help with.

i came into the dealership with a car in mind and when i got there it was already sold. Brandon sat down with me and searched for other options. We went through at least 3 or 4 more cars that either had something wrong with them or were sold. He eventually found the perfect car and at a reasonable price range for me.
