Bought a Pre-Owned Chevy Equinox diesel from Brandon. Scheduled to pick up car on Saturday at 1pm and upon arriving had to wait 40 minutes. If we have an appointment things should be ready at the agreed time. That being said things went smoothly although their financing rates weren't that competitive. After leaving the dealership and driving for 15 minutes the check engine light came on. We called our sales rep, Brandon, and stated we were bringing car back to have them run a diagnostic to determine what the issue was. (Could be something simple) he spoke with his manage and called me back and said NO don't bring it here our diagnostic tool won't work. Go to Chevy dealership. HE did state that they would help cover cost. I asked him to send that in writing via email which I did receive after two requests. Since that point I have received no follow up calls from this organization, Brandon, no one! The Chevy dealer upon looking at the car noticed the wiper blades were broken, oil had not been changed, nothing had really been done to this car prior to being sold. Additionally after running the diagnostics it turns out the car needed a Catalytic Converter. Quite an expensive fix! The good news: turns out the car has a CPO warranty and everything was covered at no expense to me. VW Reading should have had me bring car back in and taken care of the issue without inconveniencing me. This is a Sub-Par dealership with NO Customer Service who clearly doesn't prepare their preowned vehicles properly More

Went in with high hopes and they fell flat I visited the VW of Reading after being referred there from a friend who has made multiple purchases from this location. I was greeted by Brendan, and I explained I had seen the advertisement for the 0% APR for 72 months on the 2020 Atlas. He told me that the dealer had expired and was only for the Cross Sport. I pulled up the website to point out the fine print showing it included the MY19 & MY20 Atlas, EXCLUDING the Cross Sport, which I wasn't interested in to begin with. He said that he didn't have any of the lot but he would look for some models and email me the next day. I said that I would take any color, except red, and that I was looking for a SEL Premium model. He wrote down my information and I never heard from him. It left a sour impression and I took my business to another VW dealership over a hour away. More
