My Review of Metro Toyota:
My husband took me to Metro Toyota to replace my 14 year old Dodge Caravan. We had bought a 2008 Toyota Avalon and were impressed with the design and performance, the sales staff and service department. Scott Zantjer was very personable and well versed on his products. He asked what I needed besides basic transportation. I am short and truly loved the van because it gave me a different view of traffic while driving. I told him that he needed to convince me that I could feel safe and have good visibility in "just a car". After listening to me he had me test drive a 2012 Camry--at night, in rain/sleet, and on both highway and local streets. I was convinced that the Camry could be my new vehicle, but Scott made an observation and asked me to drive a Camry SE for comparison. He had noticed how I positioned myself too close to the steering wheel and could be at risk of serious injury if the airbag had deployed. The Camry SE had seat height adjustments, a lumbar support, and a tilting/telescoping steering wheel that allowed me to be positioned at a better distance while still supporting my needs. Scott's observation and concern for my safety and comfort made the decision simple! Brendon Zabavski and Brad Cole made the purchase process easy. I'll gladly recommend Metro Toyota and Scott Zantjer to anyone who wants to look for a vehicle to drive with confidence. Thank you for your help, Scott--I'm convinced that I'm in the right car for me!

A very positive car shopping experience. I had not purchased a new car in over 10 years and was a little concerned about getting a good deal while avoiding the "hard sell." To my pleasant surprise, Metro Toyota exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism, value and care for the customer. The entire staff, especially Steve, Keith and "Ski," worked with me to get the car I wanted at a fair price. It's a great team at Metro and I look forward to continuing my business with them.

When we arrived, we were greeted by salesperson Dean Kepol who helped us in our search for the right car for us. Dean focused in on our search by asking us questions about what we were looking for, and he had the answers and suggestions. He suggested that we drive vehicles with both engine options to determine which would suit us better, and gave us price differences for them up front if that was a determining factor. Although the model we decided on wasn't in the dealership's current stock, he worked to secure a car with our exact desires. He was a pleasure to work with on this purchase, and has followed up with us after the purchase.

Great dealership! I travelled to Kalamazoo from Chicago to purchase the car. My wife needed to come in to sign the papers without me realizing it. They generously offered to pay the cost of gas for her to travel to Kazoo (no small price nowadays). That speaks class to me and the way we were treated the whole time there spoke volumes on their philosophy that customer is still king. Thank you Metro!

WE HAD PURCHASED A USED HIGHLANDER FROM METRO IN 2007 FROM TOOD AND HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE THEN. WHEN DECIDING TO PURCHASE NEW THIS TIME, WE NATURALLY THOUGHT OF TODD AND THE WAY HE HAD TREATED US PREVIOUSLY. My Review of Metro Toyota:
Don was very forth coming in providing us all the various options we had regarding the ending of our lease. This had been our first lease and he patiently explained and answered all of our questions. He continued to work on our various options by calling to see if he could obtain another Highlander hybrid, with no success and then working up the cost of various other options we had available to us. We never felt pressured to accept any of the options he proposed but we greatly appreciated his effort in providing us the information we needed to make a decision that was right for us.

We were so impressed with Dan's professionalism that we have recommended him to our niece who will be purchasing her first car later this year.

The day of we took delivery went very smoothly and that was due to Brendon and Don having everything ready to go so it did not take much time. Don went over all questions regarding the new vehicle and went as far as to help set up the blue tooth connection to one of our phones.

We certainly hope that Don will still be with Metro Toyota when the lease for this vehicle comes to an end so that we can work with him again.
