Brent Pickrell at Bigler Motors

I recently purchased a 2008 Mustang California Special from Bigler Motors and I couldn't be happier with the car and the way I was treated by everyone at the dealership. I met with Brent Pickrell who was extremely friendly and helpful. As part of the deal for my purchasing the car, Bigler's agreed to get the cd player fixed. They not only saw to it that it was repaired, Mick also checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the way everything was handled. I had the opportunity to speak with Brent, Mick and Bryan as well as others at Biglers and they were all very professional. If you are looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend Biglers for sales, service and financing assistance.

Upon arriving on the lot, Brent Pickrell came out introduced himself and offered assistance. I told him that I wanted a car under $10,000.00. He took me inside and showed me their inventory, which was up to date with what they had on the lot. He showed me several cars that would fit my budget. There were multiple vehicles that was sufficient, but this one car caught my attention. He agreed that it was great car, thus it had been used by the dealership and well maintained. He encouraged me to take it on a test drive. I gave a copy of my license and off I went. I was expecting him to ride along like most dealerships, but he did not. This action made me feel trusted. When I got back after about 30 minutes, he was there to greet me and answer any questions that I might have. He did not pressure me in any way and he reassured that he was there to help me with my vehicle selection. I told him I needed to speak with my wife about the car, he suggested that I bring her out and test drive it again. He ensured that I knew the business hours and encouraged me to come back. I returned an hour later, within 30 minutes I was a happy and satisfied owner of a 2006 Infiniti G35! I came back to the dealership several days later and worked with Bob (MyBet1) Settell. He reassured me that the sale was a GREAT buy and answered questions about spare keys and the owners manual. He called the next day with the information he promised. I am a return customer and Bigler staff made my trade simple with an excellent deal that was fair to both of us. The staff is friendly and no pressure just great service. I would definately recommend them and I will be back for my next vehicle.

I went in looking at one car in mind. Brent was out there to help as soon as we pulled up. We were able to test drive it and even take it to lunch while I made my decision. Wow, from the moment we first met Brent and then later dealt with Mick we felt like the entire staff was there just for us. No pressure, just friendly service. We've bought all our cars for the last 25 years at "big box" dealerships and rarely felt as good about buying a pre-owned vehicle as we did at Bigler Motors (and some of those vehicles were brand new!). We highly recommend these folks; very professional, very friendly and very accommodating! Reputation earned!

I just bought a used car from Bigler Motors and had a great experience. After looking online, I found a couple well-priced cars I liked that Bigler carried. I went to them 1st and, after looking at cars elsewhere, came back to Bigler. The friendly staff was helpful and not very pushy. They had good financing options as well. I would definitely consider buying from them again.
