Purchasing our new LS 460 was a painless, in fact, enjoyable experience! Not only did we get an incredible deal, everyone was knowledgeable with great attitudes! Everyone we worked with really seemed to be "happy" working for Stevinson. They made us feel heard and understood! From our first phone contact to set our appointment with Matt, to the delivery of our LS 430 with Michael, they really earned our business! We will never buy a car anywhere else!

The customer service is the best I have ever encountered, in a car dealership or otherwise, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. Brent Turner has been incredibly helpful and courteous as a salesperson and has always been very responsive when I have had additional questions about my car. My experiences at Stevinson have truly changed my overall opinion about car dealers and the customer service that they provide.
