Brian Asherbranner at Chestatee Ford

Based upon an internet search I found a vehicle I was looking for at Chestatee Ford within their inventory. I visited Brian Asherbranner at Chestatee Ford on 11/23/2012. After test driving the vehicle I made the decision to purchase. Once I shared my terms with Brian he crunched the numbers and shared with me that we simply could not make my terms work (I have significant discount opportunities through my employer which leaves no room for negotiation). While disappointed, I was very appreciative of his openness and honesty. Brian offered to help me search for a similar vehicle which may have had more rebates / incentives (2012 instead of 2013). We found a vehicle in Tennessee that could meet my terms. We agreed on a deal and I picked up my vehicle on the following day at Chestatee Ford. They drove to TN to pick it up and return it overnight.

There was no pressure from Brian whatsover, simply a level of customer service that I am not accustom to when buying a vehicle. I was never pushed to exceed my terms, pay a little more, sacrifice anything, etc.

I owuld highly recommend Chestatee Ford and Brian Asherbranner.

The folks at Chestatee were very patient with me as I tried to choose which vehicle I wanted. They understood my husbands time constraints when he came back with me to help me. They expedited everything as well as possible. I think we got a good deal...I love my new car. The only thing I was not happy with was getting a letter 3 weeks later saying I had to go to the tag office to get the tag for my new car. I am not sure why they didnt tell me that while I was there.
