I was treated with a great deal of respect even though I was not buying a new car, or even one that was on the lot yet. I came in with my own financing and offered my own price and the service was still wonderfull. I will be looking to this dealership for my furture vehicle needs.

The best experience ever. I visited a few big car dealership and I was treated like commission tattooed on my forehead. Suburban of West MI treated me like a family member. I received very good explanation and information on vehicles I was interested with. I was given options and gave me a tour of other vehicles they have. Everybody is working so hard to get me in a good reliable vehicle and the best loan that I can afford. Hats off to all the staff. Thank you for a great experience! Even though I haven’t gotten my vehicle yet and not sure what they can do for my messy credit, I still had the best experienced ever looking for a vehicle. MarieAnn

I like this dealer's approach; He was straightforward in his approach. I knew what I wanted when I went in and he listened to my needs. I thought it was cool that he let me drive the vehicle home for the night before buying it. When I noticed an issue during the test drive he had it fixed promptly. He pretty much gave me what I needed for my trade-in. When I brought the vehicle back for service they washed it too! Ask for Brian he is good people.

My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
I'm posting this review about three months after purchase. The car is running great and there have been no unexpected used car surprises. I am very pleased with my experience at Suburban. Brian Bodemann was great to work with. They provided me with invoices of repair work they did to the car when they took it in, and let me take it to my mechanic to have it checked out. He even let me take the car for an extended test drive. The price I paid for the car was excellent. I did some research on similar cars after I had decided to purchase, most other dealers were selling the car for $2,000 more than I paid with 30,000 more miles on their cars.

My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
After looking at seven different dealerships we were really discouraged with what we were finding. I had heard about Suburban and went there for one last try. We are so happy that we did. Brian was able to work with our unique situation and find us two cars that fit into our price range. Brian explained everything about the cars and set up test drives. They gave us great money for our trade and did not pressure us into buying from them. The cars were in great shape and looking amazing. Casey helped to get us really good financing. This is the way car buying should be. If they were able to help us with our situation they can work with anyone. We ended up getting two great cars for the price of the one we traded in. I would drive back down here to buy my next cars from Brian.

We looked for a car for months and finally went to Surburban and were thrilled with their selection and price range, The service was amazing and the car was great. Constant car washes when the car is serviced and Brian the dealer still knows my name after 3 months of not seeing him (very rare)!!!!!!! I will recommend this dealership to all my family and friends!!!!!

My Review of Suburban of West Michigan:
Brian was very helpful by taking the time to find out what my needs and wants were, as well as passing the information on to other parties involved, such as the person searching other Dealerships for the kinds of vehicles that might meet that criteria. The person setting up the financing did a super job and was extremly helpful and had the knowledge to do the best job.
The Service Department also has done a fine job on servicing my other Saturn which, in turn, led me to purchasing a car from Suburban of West Michigan.
