My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
I purchased a 2007, Mazda 3 from Salesman, Brian Cramer. This was the first time I ever dealt with a Chrysler/Jeep dealership since spending 13 years with Ford Motor Company. Normally I hate going to a dealership due to being stalked and pressured. In this case Brian introduced himself and after a brief conversation let me walk the lot freely and would answer any questions afterwards. Afterwards, Brian answered every question accurately and honestly and every request for information was delivered beyond my expectations.

During a visit the following day my salesman, Brian, was occupied with another customer so another salesman temporarily stepped in and gave me 100% dedication as if he was the primary salesman.


The atmosphere was very casual and professional without high pressure tactics. I found the sales finance and service teams all to be genuinly working towards the best interest of the dealership. I would have no problem recommending or purchasing from LNCJD. Ultimately my high level of satisfaction can be measured through my recent discussions about possibly purchasing a 2nd vehicle with LNCJD.

LOVE MY NEW JEEP PATRIOT LATITUDE!!!...
What a surprise as my husband told me that I could select a new car for my birthday! The first stop we made was to this dealership. While I had no intentions of being sold on the first car I looked at, it was love at first drive, as Brian Cramer explained the features and gave me the keys to try out the 2012 Patriot. This was the perfect car for me... Brian was so wonderful at immediately keying into my needs and all the features I desired. Overall, it was a most enjoyable buying experience. Brian and the dealership gave us great service in securing a car in the exact color I wanted; and much to my surprise, even allowed me to drive another Patriot until they could transport my new car from Georgia. What service! Also, I need to add that Amanda Schrider who handled the paperwork and was just so friendly, as well as efficient. When the car arrived, I knew that I had made the right choice. I would highly recommend Brian, Amanda, and this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

After searching about a dozen Chrysler dealerships in NC and SC, I narrowed my choices down and Lake Norman won my business. The price was great for exactly the car I wanted and Ed stayed in constant contact with me to answer all my questions. When I arrived the car was ready and he answered all of my remaining questions as we went for a drive. Brain and Amanda in finance were absolutely great and it only took moments for me to be on my way.
All I can say is - give them a shot if you're looking for a new Chrysler.

My wife and I made a "curiousity" visit to this dealer during a test-drive promotion several months ago, and drove the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. While we made it clear that we weren't intending to buy any time soon, Randy Lorelike was very pleasant and helpful, taking the time to ride with us and answer a LOT of questions. Months later, our Jeep Wrangler was totalled, so the buying time-line shortened very quickly. Brian Cramer was my contact via the web, and he and Randy ended up as a team helping us through two more test drives, additional questions, and so on. During the entire process, Brian, Randy, Brian K in finance, and everyone else we spoke with at Lake Norman Jeep was friendly, helpful, and at no time did we feel pressured. An absolutely great car-buying experience.

Brian was of great help to me in my purchase of my new (used) Dodge 1500. I was extremely happy with the overall experience and the clarification of any questions I had in regards to the vehicle I purchased. Brian found exactly what I was looking for in a work truck and exceeded what I was expecting. He worked very closely with a woman named Amanda who worked in the financing department and with Brian's help, she was able to get me a great warranty on my new ride. Brian Cramer responded to my e-mail inquiry in a very timely manner and provided the requested information. I found him to be very open and informative, and decided to drive down from Greensboro. Brian prepared the vehicle in advance of my visit and had it ready to drive. I appreciated the fact that Brian had extensive knowledge of the Jeep Wrangler and its many features. Our negotiations were pleasant and professional in all respects.

Amanda Shrider assisted me with the vehicle financing. I work in corporate finance and found Amanda to be very professional and competent. She quickly identified the best rate and terms, and made several valuable recommendations on extended warranties.

Brian and Amanda, thank you for a pleasant and painless car-buying experience. I will return - and recommend Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep to my friends.
