Brian Lehane at Honda of Keene

The dealership had a selection of the vehicle that I was looking for (2008 element with stick, low miles) I could not find such a vehicle in a 300 mile radius from where i live. After some negotiations we arrived at a reasonable price for both parties.

Brian was persistant in a good way. He finally won me over to this deal amongst a number of other opportunities I was following.

The finance guy got me a great rate and a great warranty.

Buying a car can be a horrendous experience. This is magnified when your old car dies at the wrong time. My mini van died at 160K (honda oddysey) and had been regularly serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendation. The transmission died in a traumtic way when I was hoping to get another 40k out of the vehicle. I was hoping to get some more loyalty leverage when I had to buy as I had trust in this dealership.

All in all I think I got a good deal.

Brian was great to work with. He did not pressure me into buying a vehicle. He asked me about what I wanted and then we both started the search for the vehicle that would fit my wants/needs. The financing process was smooth and Don was great to work with as well. The process was short and simple. I met the girls at the service desk and at the shop desk - all were friendly and smiled. The manager even took a picture of me and Brian with my new CRV and my old Jeep Wrangler (trade-in). I'm going to miss the Jeep but the Honda CRV has been great to drive and it is very economical. I have been purchasing cars for many years. 46 to be exact. I can honestly say this was the best purchasing experience I have had. The sales consultant, Brian Lehane, was excellent to work with. His product knowledge and salesmanship was well above the norm and a welcome change from some past and recent experiences.. I attribute the good buying experience mostly to him.

We had very good and fair negotiations with Brian and the sales manager and the lady that helped us in finance was very personable and helpful; a really good team.

The purchase of our new Honda Pilot was easy with no pressure and a willingness to cooperate with us fully. Thank you, we will be back when it is time to replace our Toyota Camry.

I went in with negative equity in my car. Brian and Donald were wonderful. They both worked hard to get me a good deal, a more than fair trade in and a loan that would work with the negative equity. I went in to find out if it was even possible and left with a 2008 civic, low mileage and great features. They were both wonderful. This is the second car (my daughter bought an accord) we have purchased from Honda of Keene. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I will be back when I am ready to trade this in for an S2000, if you would please bring that back!
I want to thank Donald and Brian for great service, a friendly, positive experience and the hard work they did. Donald was even able to save me $50/month, a bonus.

My wife and I have owned Hondas for years. We went to Honda of Keene to purchase our new 2011 Odyssey. this was our first purchase at this dealership and we will be back as they are a Great dealership! Though this was a visit to lease a new 2011 Honda Pilot, it was not the first time
visit to this dealership. In fact, it was the third Honda Pilot we have bought/leased over the past 6 or 7 years.
The high rating I gave was to give the dealership and Brian full credit for a job as high in quality as the Honda Pilot. I was in sales for 35 years. The repeat customer is the basis for future success. Semper Fi!

This was my first visit to this dealership. I was very impresed with the honesty. I bought a new 2011 CRV and love it! My first new Honda ever. I hope my first visit will mirror my future visits. The one main reason I went to Honda of Keene for a new vehicle was the lifetime free powertrain warrente on all new vehicles bought there. All you have to do is every 5000 miles oil change and tire roatation at Honda of Keene. As long as I own vehicle I bought there. With everything costing more and more everyday the peace of mind means the world to me and my family. I spent four hours deciding and buying vehicle with my four year old Daughter. Brian Lehane my sales Consultant was very good to me and my daughter. It helped the dealership has a play room for kids with lego's. The dealership is set up for all types of buyers. Everyone was very pleasent and did not make you feel uncomfertable in any way. Everyone went out of there way to make you comfertable.

A fantastic deal re trading my lease for new Honda Pilot was offered; last 2 payments of old lease, 1st payment of new lease were taken care of, as were mileage overage, scratches, and other wear and tear. This is my 3rd pilot and I will continue to lease from this dealership if these kind of deals are offered in the future.

We are so happy with our new Honda CR-V, and had an excellent experience from the moment we stepped in the door at Honda of Keene. We went on a Saturday afternoon to see what was available and to talk to a sales agent in person. A test drive and a few hours with Brian Lehane convinced us, and we picked up our car on Monday! We did not feel pressured, but rather listened to. Brian is top-notch: friendly and at-ease while highly knowledgeable and professional. He answered all our questions, and we came away feeling very confident about our decision to get a CR-V. Everyone we met, in customer service, in sales and in service, were a pleasure.
