My Review of Szott M-59 Toyota Scion:
my experience with szott toyota has been outstanding. i purchased my pre-owned yellow FJ (LOVE IT) in november and needed to have a few routine maintenance procedures done. whenever i call to schedule an appointment, both MARK and ANTOINE are so friendly on the phone, never acting like they are too busy to take the time to talk to me and answer my questions.
i have 2 service dogs in training and found your staff to be very accommodating. (seems you have a few dog-lovers working for you).
i called BRIAN to ask the cost to add a roof rack to my FJ and he "just so happened" to have a used one, at a reduced price, that another customer had to remove due to his low garage roof. BRIAN was a pleasure to deal with and we had lots of laughs.
when my radio was malfunctioning and needed replacing, i received a phone call a couple of weeks later from ANTOINE indicating that the manufacturer had found a cd that i had left in the player by accident and wanted to let me know that it was safe and i could come by anytime to pick it up. wow, how nice that he took the time to make that phone call to me. - very impressive.
MARK, ANTOINE and BRIAN are most definitely a huge asset to your company and their people skills and ability to make a customer feel important is second to none. they exude a positive energy, incorporating professionalism with a fun twist and have a way of making a visit to the dealership a great experience.

i hope that mr. szott actually reads these comments (this took me a long time to write) and shares this information. employees that go above and beyond should be recognized.
