My Review of Tri State Nissan:
I have owned my Nissan Frontier for 12 months now. My initial contact with Brian was pleasant and pressure free. I had determined what I wanted to pay for this truck and it didn't take long to arrive at that figure with Brian. Since buying the truck, I have put 30k miles on it. I take it back to Tristate for service. They are extremely efficient, the truck is in and out quickly and the oil changes are the least expensive around. I will be a customer of Tristate when it's time to trade in my wife's Xterra, and, due to my experience with them, it may be sooner than I had anticipated. I have dealt with car sales and service personnel for 40 years. Tristate is the best, by far.

Tri State Nissan is fabulous! Brian Nieves was our sales rep and he found exactly the vehicle we were looking for within a day. His professionalism and personality are top notch. The trade in price we were given was very fair and more than we had expected. This was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made with no need for price negotiation at all.

The dealership was neat and clean and every employee we worked with (and even those we didn't) were friendly. I had read the reviews before going to the dealership and thought they sounded too good to be true but the dealership and staff were exactly as presented. The dealership has a friendly, relaxed, hometown atmosphere which was very refreshing compared to the original Nissan dealership we had tried to work with.

Keep up the good work and you will have a customer for life in us!

We were looking for an electric vehicle. An individual, name unknown, overheard us talking and recomemmded Tri State, he was a previous customer and thought highly of the dealership. We found the sales personnel friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We purhased a new Nissan Leaf two days later--and are very pleased.

Friendly service and responsive to my questions and concerns. I am not sure that I received the best price because the car is now a year old, but I do believe that it was a fair price. The price increased by $500.00 from what I was intitally offered via email. The salesman and business manager were both very helpful and explained all aspects of the sale clearly.

I had a great experience over the weekend buying a car. Brian Nieves was a great help at finding the perfect fit for me. I didn't feel pressured AT ALL like you do at most dealerships. They are honest and really explain the process well which is comforting especially to a first time buyer. I will be making all my future purchases with them and would recommend them to anyone!
