Knowledge and Helpful Experience I have been looking for a car for awhile that fit my needs. I really liked how Brian Reynolds was so knowledgeable about the cars. My husband worked with Brian Reynolds when buying the truck so wanted to work with him again this time around. He emailed Brian the morning we planned on coming in and Brian responded immediately. Brian reviewed all the trim line options in detail, listening to our needs/wants and letting us come to our own decision about what we wanted (provided all information we needed but we never felt like he was trying to upsell or pressure us into anything).
