On our way back to Gettysburg, PA from South Dakota, the alternator went out on our '04 Avalanche on the west side of Indianapolis. We drove in on the wings of an angel with the battery not charging at all and me afraid to turn the vehicle off. By divine guidance, we made it through the city and pulled off the exit only about one mile or so from Blossom. Your whole staff immediately directed us into the shop from the rain and assessed the problem and briefed us on the options. Very friendly and professional, getting us back on the road in just several hours. I thought we might have to stay the night, but you folks got right on it. We have purchased several vehicles from Blossom Cheverolet and currently own 2 vehicles that we have serviced regularly at Blossom.
The service is tops. Brian makes sure we understand everything that needs done. He always supports our decision to wait on work that doesn't need done that day if we need to wait. Everyone in the service department is friendly and helpful.
Brian makes sure the work is done in a timely manner. He always calls before they start the work to make sure we are ok with what they're doing,especially if it wasn't something we planned to do that day. He also tells us the approximate cost. There are never any unpleasant surprises when we pick up our vehicle. We recommend Blossom's to everyone.

Everyone at Blossom was really hepful and friendly. I called and made an appointment over the phone and even used the shuttle to take me to work...while I waited for the shuttle I was offered coffee..great because it was a bit cold. Because I have a brand new car it was minor problem, so I was not obligated to pay anything.
This is my second car from Blossom and my mom even got her car from there. I would highly recommand Blossom Cheverolet to anyone who is in the markert for a good car and great service......Keep up the good work everyone and see you soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
