Brian Wicke at Olathe Subaru

We would not go to any other dealership. Brian is the sales person that sold us our last Subaru. We called to make sure he was still there to work with us on our next new Subaru. We have told other people about that Olathe Subaru is the place to go and Brian is the one to talk to.

This dealership was very easy to work with and very accomodating. We didn't feel pressured at all. After contacting several Subaru dealerships in the area, we settled on Olathe Subaru to order our new car.

I went to Olathe Subaru to do information about maybe purchasing a Subaru Impreza WRX. I had no idea I would be driving off the lot with one. The staff of Olathe Subaru worked their hardest to get me into a WRX, with an excellent price. The staff were very friendly, knowledgable, and worked past closing time to make sure I got a good deal. Thanks to everyone at Olathe Subaru.

I met Brian and he was a superior sales person with ample knowledge and expertise to help me and my husband make an informed decision with our recent purchase. He was very friendly and worked very hard to help us. We were happy with the no haggle approach and felt confident that we paid a fare price for the Legacy. When I had to bring the car in for a tire stem repair I was treated very well by the staff and the time it took to make the repair was reasonable.

Great dealership with a friendly staff. A good place to go if you are looking for mid size SUVs. Brian even came out on his day off when I could purchase the car we looked at over the weekend.

Brian did a great job. He was friendly, helpful and informative without being pushy. He gave us the information we needed and let us decide things on our own. Responsive to questions, worked quickly to get us what we needed for the best deal Highly recommend.

During a Sunday visit to this dealership to "window shop" my 91 yr-old Dad's wallet insert was lost containing all his identification and insurance cards along with some other important things. Brian Wicke, a salesmand at Olathe Subaru, called one of the insurance companies, who in turn called me so I could contact Brian at the dealership. This was the first I was aware that the insert was lost and might not have known it until we needed it in a crisis situation. In the meantime, someone in the office mailed the item to Dad's address on the expired driver's license. He had not lived at that location for nearly 6 years, so the forward had expired with the postal service. The PO assured me that the mail would be returned to the Olathe dealership and Brian and the office staff had what they needed to send it to me if it did get returned. It took a couple of weeks to make the rounds but the folks at Olathe Subaru did exactly as they promised and the documents are back to us. Their thoughtfulness and attention to our problem saved my husband and I from unimaginable amounts of time and effort to replace those things and we are so very thankful to them. The sad part of this story is that we came back to Topeka and ordered a 2012 Outback from our home dealership - which is also a fine business. This is our first Subaru, and if we like it as much as we think we will, we will get the next one at Olathe Subaru.
