Bridget Stennis at Volkswagen Santa Monica

Bridget Stennis has handled my last 3 VW leases. The reasons I always go back to her are (in no particular order): 1.) Knowing my busy schedule she worked to find me the exact car I wanted if it wasn't in stock each time, unlike other dealers who try to offer up another color or even model (as if!) 2.) She never tried to up sell me on the options and the only one she recommended is one I get every time and thankful I did when the lease is over 3.) Pricing is never a back/forth, we have a price and we stick to it and comprable if not better than other dealers 4.) Super friendly and helpful. Even offered to setup my new phone to the Bluetooth when I have it. Mind you I have already leased the car and her job can be done right then. But instead she goes the extra mile. I couldn't be happier with my new GTI or the experience :)

Bridget went above and beyond to assist me in leasing my Jetta. I contacted her from Boston as I was planning my move to Los Angeles. She essentially handled every aspect of the lease for me via email and over the phone. When I arrived she met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership where my car was ready and waiting. The entire experience couldn't have gone any smoother! VW Santa Monica is fantastic and Bridget is exceptional! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Also the ease of paperwork and financials was truly exceptional and Chris walked me though every detail quickly yet effectively. All around great job!!

FIRST AND FOREMOST BRIDGET STENNIS IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE VW SALES CONSULTANT HANDS DOWN!!!

I live in Newport Coast, I searched all the local dealers, CAPO, Common Wealth, VW Garden Grove, McKenna VW, Puente Hills VW. VW Santa Monica had the best price and the very BEST customer service. All the negotiating was competed through email, which was awesome, as I wouldn't want to drive that far without negotiating already complete. At the last minute I was unable to find a ride up to Santa Monica and without hesitation Santa Monica VW Bridget Stennis offered to send a car to OC to pick me up. That's what I call a 1st class dealership.
Bridget Stennis was a very organized, professional, knowledgeable sales consultant.
Bridget had my vehicle ready to go as soon as I arrived, made sure I was attended to immediately from the finance dept. and had proper directions to get home, and she followed up with me to make sure I got home.
I highly recommend Bridget Stennis for any VW purchase TOTALLY worth the drive wherever you live in So Cal!!!
UPDATE I just purchased my second VW in a month today from Bridget Stennis, all I can say is VW of North America needs to implement a training program using Bridget Stennis as an example of how all their VW Dealers sales consultants should conduct business. Bridget is amazing in every aspect of your car purchase transaction!!!!!!!!!

I have been working exclusively with Ms. Stennis and Santa Monica VW for over 10 years - from my first lease out of college to my third as a working career woman. She has ALWAYS been outstanding to work with on my leases. She is gracious, flexible, accomodating and just a pleasure to work with. She makes the process of getting into a new vehice easy and seamless, I actually look forward to getting into my fourth VW with her in 2013. I'll be getting another VW CC, I love Bridget and I love working ONLY with her!!!

We were looking for a new car and considered many options. When we finally narrowed it down to a Volkswagen Tiguan, we visited a few Volkswagen dealerships, either in person or online. Once we met Bridget and spoke with her about our needs, we decided she was the person who could help us with the purchase of our new vehicle. Bridget responded to my inquiry over the internet immediately and followed up when other dealers took days to respond and then lost interest. She was also able to speak to me from a mother's point of view about the safety features of the Jetta, and work with me to keep out of pocket costs to a minimum. she was efficient and kind and made the entire experience a delight for me and my two teengers. i would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a VW - she'll make it painless and fun and will win you over with her cheerfulness and her ability to get it done.

This is my second car purchase in three years from Bridget Stennis. She is just a great person who hears what my needs are, doesn't play games and produces. I am a frequent new car buyer and travel to LA from Palm Springs as I prefer to deal with her. The team there is honest, professional and actually fun to work with. Despite a bit of confusion over pricing, the issue was ironed out immediately and to my satisfaction. At all times, I was treated with respect and kindness. Can't say enough about Bridget but thanks for all the help and I will be back.
