Brooks was very knowledgeable in every car we looked at. We were there to purchase a car for my daugher and he was truly concerned about the type of vehicle she purchased. He was versed in every aspect from the vehicle itself to the financing. I have met many salesmen in my day, and they could all stand to take a few lessons from Brooks.

Went to the dealer expecting to haggle all night and leave with no vehicle. Not the case with this dealer, gret deal and great experience with the salesman, and left that night with a new vehicle at a great price.

I recieved a great deal on a 2012 Dodge Charger and my sales person found an addtional opportunity for me to save money. I found that they followed through on all of their commitments. Overall an excellent experience.

Jeff D'Ambrosio is an excellent dealership. Very friendly, very fair, very comfortable. Everyone was more than willing to help and be friendly without coming across as too forward or direct. Compared to other dealerships I was looking at they were not into playing games with pricing and rebates and were as direct and upfront as possible. Brooks was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous and it was an excellent buying experience.

My husband and I were very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees and how they tried to accomodate us in every way possible from something as simple as offering us a drink to bending over backwards to work out a feasible financial situation. Then the gas coupon and flowers were an added bonus! We would strongly recommend this dealership!

Purchasing a new car was actually a pleasure!
The team work provided by the staff at D'Ambrosio was outstanding.
Their knowledge of the various models with similarities and differences helped me stay on track, within the price range my family established and we walked away happy with a vehicle purchase we are proud of... I probably could have found one ok anywhere, but I wouldn't have wanted to do it without their help.
I will recommend this facility to my friends and family and look forward to being a longtime customer of the Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group.

I am so grateful to Brooks and all the people that helped me there to get into the car that I fell in love with. My total experience was great! Everyone there,especially Brooks, took care of every detail in making sure that the car was
perfect when I arrived to pick it up.

As a senior citizen, I have been fortunate to purchase many automobiles. I love owning a new car...I just am extremely uncomfortable showing up at an auto dealership and going through the hassle of the purchase and ping-pong charade with the manager when it comes time to negotiate the final price. At this dealership there is none of that nonsense about " what do I have to do to put you in the car today?" My experience at this dealership was the very best of all my auto purchases. Their motto," come to our dealership as a customer...leave as a friend," was true for me. My sales representative, Brooks Donohue, was extremely knowledgeable about the product we purchased. He was patient with his demonstrations and timely with his contacts. He delivered exactly what I ordered and what "goodies" he promised.

I would not hesitate to make another purchase at D'Ambrosio's dealership. And, I would recommend a friend check them out before he bought another auto.
