My Review of Kings Toyota:
Bruce is a great salesman, very professional. He is honest, treats his clients with respect, and goes the extra mile to get them a great deal. There are never any bait and switch maneuvers, high pressure tactics, flashy gimmicks that turn out not to be as good as they looked in the flyer, or other manipulations. He is super responsive and great with communicating. This is the second car I leased with Bruce, and the main reason I came back to King's Toyota was the first experience I had working with Bruce was so good. He did not disappoint on my second purchase! Just can't recommend him enough. He managed a complex two for one swap (I was trading in a 2004 Sienna minivan and also trading out of a lease midterm on a 2011 Camry for a new lease on a 2012 Venza.) with efficiency and competence, and explained the financial details to me clearly, without talking down to me. All around excellent salesman.

When my fiance and I walked in the door at kings toyota and met Bruce Blackburn. He went above and beyond our expectations. He was avaiable for us whenever we needed him even on his day off. We walked in looking to lease and look at cars. Bruce was so helpful, answered all of our questions, and talked with us. we were nervous about leasing because we had never done it before. He reasured us we were doing the right thing.This was a huge decision for us at this time in are lives and we wouldnt have wanted to going threw this decision with any other sales rep. Bruce you are the best! We are telling everyone about Kings Toyota and Bruce! Thank you for the best experience!

My husband and I had a great experience at Kings Toyota. The sale associate we worked with was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer every question we had. The entire process was so easy and straight forward. The showroom was great because you are able to see so many of the models of cars that Toyota has. I would recommend Kings Toyota to anyone.

My husband and I had a great experience shopping for a new car. The sales person, Bruce Blackburn, was friendly and courteous, as well as very knowledgeable, answering our questions satisfactorily. Most of all he dealt with us honestly that my husband and I decided to buy the vehicle, the Highlander 2011 make.

In addition, the finance person was also friendly and accommodating up to the last minute (the following day) when my husband requested for some adjustment to one of the additional costs.

All in all we enjoyed shopping with you at Kings Toyota and so far we are very happy with the performance of the new car.

My Review of Kings Toyota:
After visiting several other local dealerships and frankly not being overwhelmed with their interest in our business, we visited Kings Toyota. Our sales associate was Bruce Blackburn. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was refreshingly different. Deep product knowledge, no pressure, respect for our needs and our time as well as our budget and resources made it actually enjoyable to shop for a car. When it came time for us to make the deal, he didn't offer an insultingly low price for our trade and make us "beg" our way up, instead he gave us a very fair price right from the start. The deal closed with no hassles - in fact, everything happened exactly as he said it would! From price, to included services / maintenance, to the sales support team -it was all very smooth. Taking delivery was a delight! The new car was washed, temp-tagged and ready to go. We came back about a month later to get the tags removed and the new plates on, and he even took care of that.

We have since recommended him to several of our friends who needed cars, and all of them have thanked us for the referral and the chance to buy their new car from Bruce.

We would highly recommend Kings Toyota and Bruce Blackburn for a refreshingly stress-free way to get a good deal on a new car.

This was the second car that I have bought from Bruce Blackburn in the last six months, and he projects honesty and truthfulness in his sales approach. I feel that Bruce genually cares about his customers, and works to find the best car to fit the customers needs. I would be happy to recommend Bruce and Kings Toyota to anyone.

Can't say enough good things about Kings Toyota and the service we received when purchasing a new vehicle especially our sales associate Bruce Blackburn. We have to say this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever experienced. From the moment we walked in the door and Bruce introduced himself it simply was a breeze. We knew what we were looking for in a new car and Bruce pointed us straight to it. We were in a rush that morning as we had a family function to attend and were running late. Bruce and the management at Kings Toyota said no worries, come back at 4:00 and your car will be ready to pick up. Bruce was good as gold and sure enough we were on our way home by 4:30 with our brand new vehicle. Thanks so much Bruce and all of the management at Kings Toyota. You all were exceptional!
