I am 48 years old and have purchased about 20 vehicles either for myself or my children and my experience with Duke was without a doubt the best experience ever! Al Hicks and Bruce Blythe were amazing in working with us to find the "perfect" vehicle- price and all!!!

My Review of Duke Automotive Corporation:
I began doing business with Duke Automotive in 1996 which continued until 2006. Several purchases from other dealers did not make me happy, so I returned back to Duke for another try and was not disappointed. The staff was helpful and friendly. Stan explained the workings of our new Acadia to my wife who will be the primary driver. I traded a 2006 SRX Cadillac and recieved a fair price for it, so all in all my wife and I very happy with our experience and will purchase there again soon.

This was an excellent car buying experience. Everyone was courteous and informative while allowing us time to decide whether to lease or buy our next vehicle. Bruce explained all the details of our trade-in and Stan went out of his way to find a car with the additional navigation features we requested. Receiving the car was easy, with Stan's quick lessons, and our sign off on the financial agreements with Don Kelly only took minutes to complete. Stan's follow up messages kept us informed with the purchase which made us feel more comfortable with our dealership and vehicle selection.

We recently purchased our new Buick Enclave from Duke. After considerable shopping and pricing we returned to our hometown dealer. Everyone was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with both my hubby and me. The dealership was very neat and clean. We have dealt with Duke previously with a new car purchase, service and body shop. We have always been completely satisfied. This is the reason for the 5-star rating. I knew what I wanted before I visited Duke Automotive. Jim Carruthers (salesman)came out and introduced himself to me. I told him what I wanted and we looked at the inventory. I decided on the truck I wanted . I told Jim and Bruce Blythe (Sales Manager) that I would consider the sales offer after thinking about it overnight. They were not "pushy" but very helpful and said this was fine. This was my first purchase from Duke Automotive, but I hope it will not be my last. I will highly recommend this Dealership to my friends.

Great shopping and buying experience. Staff was friendly and accomodating. The location and reputation of the dealership is a drawing card but Bruce Blythe is the reason for my purchase at Duke.
Jim Caruthers - the salesman was great to work with. He was very knowledgable of the features on the car and was very helpful in explaining them to me.

Duke Automotive really took the time to go the extra mile for my wife and I. After visiting several local dealerships and getting the traditional "run around" it was a relief to finally meet with people who provided us with honest upfront answers to our questions. We found the dealership to be very responsive to our needs, willing to work with us to find the best possible deal, and last but not least, they are staffed with excellent people. Al, Bruce, Eley, and Christy did an excellent job for us and after this experience I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase!
