We came to the dealership after spending 2and 1/2 hrs at another dealership with our head spining with numbers and confusion after trying to buy a our Truck...Toyota Tundra. Bruce was a no bull kinda sales guy...he explaind a the figures in black and white....and we picked up our New Truck gased and washed and ready to go the next day!!!! Couldn't have had a better guy to help us thankyou!!!!!!

I dread going to a car dealer, but these guys made it a painless and totally positive experience. There was no pressure to buy or add on any special features. These guys know their stuff and got me in and out in much less time than I expected. They had great music playing too.

This is the 2nd Toyota I purchased from Bruce, 3rd car at Tri County, it is always a great experience. I find this dealership friendly, courteous, and very helpful in choosing the vehicle that not only fits my needs but one that I love to drive. This will not be my last purchase at Tri County.

I am very satisfied using Tri County Toyota for servicing my Highlander. They have an easy to use online scheduling page and a way to record all the service I have had done on the vehicle. I appreciate the friendly attitude of the leader of our service team and the manner in which they communicate with me regarding the service required on the vehicle. The waiting area is clean,quiet and well lighted.

Thanks to the blue team in a job well done. I brought my truck in for scheduled maint. and a recall, and once again the pros. got her done it short time while I waited. And a big shout out to sales man Bruce Bransfield. (He's the sales man that sold me the truck.) Unlike a few of the other sales men that once they find out your only in for service, couldn't remember your name 5 seconds after they turn away. Bruce took time to find out how i was doing, how the truck was, he told some jokes, talked to me straight up about what would be a good fit for me when it's time to trade in my truck, and just plain had time for a customer. (even though i wasn't there for sales.) I will be trading the truck in for a newer one soon and i already know who my sales man will be. Props. to the men of the blue team and Mr. Bransfield.

Since this is my 3rd Camry in a row - and 2nds from this dealership, I am happy with the service for purchasing, leasing and maintenance. The employees are attentive and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in Toyota.

I went intot the dealership knowing what I wanted in my next vehicle purchase. Although I was not sure if I could afford the payments or not. Bruce and Bob worked me with very closely to make sure that what I was purchasing would fit into my budget, as well as the vehicle that I wanted to keep for a long period of time. After going back and forth for a little bit, I ended up getting the vehicle that I wanted. I will be back again in a few years to purchase my next vehicle from Bruce and Bob. John Gerber was great in finance going over the paperwork. He explained everything to me. Thank you to all that helped me.
