Awful service. Crooks. Went in for new battery. Was told my check engine light was on when I dropped it off (it was NOT on). Told my car needed a new throttle body that woul Went in for new battery. Was told my check engine light was on when I dropped it off (it was NOT on). Told my car needed a new throttle body that would cost over $600. When I looked it up online, the throttle body for my model was a known issue. Ford issued a Customer Satisfaction (not a full recall) and fixed the issue for free. When I told that to the service guy, he just said there was no recall. Also said my car was not safe to drive and I basically had no choice to have it fixed....again, my car was running just fine with the exception of the battery. I took my car there because it is located near my work, but will take my car to Veterans Ford in the future....at least they have been fair. More

2005 ford escape maintenance had to take my car in two different times to have work done on it in less then one week. Engine light came on and they got the first time taken care o had to take my car in two different times to have work done on it in less then one week. Engine light came on and they got the first time taken care of then had to go again to complete the rest of the work and front end major repairs. Got there about 8:30 drove out at 4:45. car feels great and Robert was very helpful. More

CAROL AND I WORKED WITH BRUCE OUR SERVICE AGENT. THIS WAS THE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD, BRUCE PROVIDED US A RENTAL FORD F-150 WHILE THEY WORKED ON UPDATING OUR NAVIGATION SYSTEM, BR THIS WAS THE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD, BRUCE PROVIDED US A RENTAL FORD F-150 WHILE THEY WORKED ON UPDATING OUR NAVIGATION SYSTEM, BRAKE ROTOR REPAIR, AND TRANSMISSION PROBLEM REQUIRING A NEW PUMP. IT TOOK TWO OR THREE DAYS INCLUDING THE WEEKEND. BRUCE CONSTANTLY KEPT US UPDATED AND I TOLD HIM WE ARE NOT IN A HURRY WE HAD A NEW F-150 TO DRIVE. MOST EVERYTHING WAS ON WARRANTY AND BRUCE WAS ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE AGENTS WE HAVE HAD. More

Going above and beyond I was recently in to have my a/c fixed on my mustang. It was a warrenty issue, but i did not ellect to have an extended service plan when i bought my I was recently in to have my a/c fixed on my mustang. It was a warrenty issue, but i did not ellect to have an extended service plan when i bought my car and because of that i was not supposed to recieve a rental while my car was being fixed. These guys made sure that i got a rental and everything was fixed in a shorter amount of time then expected. These guys are great and now im enjoying the cool a/c instead of the 100 degree heat! Thanks again guys for all you have done for me! More

Seamless experience I had a 1:30 appointment and showed up about 45 minutes early with both of my two kids (ages 5 and 3). Bruce was able to accommodate my early arrival I had a 1:30 appointment and showed up about 45 minutes early with both of my two kids (ages 5 and 3). Bruce was able to accommodate my early arrival and said to plan on about 90 minutes. I was there for the works and needed my right side tires looked at as they continued to be low on air. Within an hour, Bruce called my cell to inform me that the tires each had a nail in them and they could repair and shared with me the cost for that. Thank goodness for the children's play area inside the main showroom. The time there with two little ones went by without issue and total time was about 2 hours. More
