"Treated respectfully and professionally"

I went to the dealership to look at (test drive) a used Outback and actually came home with it that day. I did not feel pushed into the decision but, was given a good deal on my Legacy trade-in and a good price on the used Outback. I had done my research ahead of time a knew my price range and what bells and whistles I wanted and those I did not (nor need). I've "loved" my Subaru Legacy and knew I would not look at another brand. I have always had great service at Don Miller and as a woman have been treated respectfully in my car purchases.

"We dealt with Don Miller downtown and on the West Side in..."

We dealt with Don Miller downtown and on the West Side in the past, and I was never disappointed with sales OR service. Our latest experience at East bears this out as well. We bought a new car even though we were trying to go another year with our old one! After spending 8 hours between sales and service, having some value-added tweaks done at our own request, I feel like these guys are there to make the car buying and service experiences as seamless as possible. It was surreal for a few days - we had trouble absorbing all of what transpired. They were universally patient and forthcoming with advice and answers to questions. There were even unexpected happy surprises along the way. Subaru is the best car on the road, and buying one at East is the best experience possible. Simple beginning service was done efficiently. Our portable satellite radio was installed with the wiring under the console so it would be out of sight and not in the way at no additional charge. Jim spent a lot of time with us, showing us the new features of the 2013 Outback, some of which we were not aware of, since we were hoping to buy or lease a 2012 model and had researched only that vintage. Overall, no complaints. I look forward to my next visit to Don Miller. These are real people, not fake sales guys who paste on a happy face over their usual cynical ones. They really believe in the cars that they are selling and servicing, and it shows.
