Bruno Riechert at Driver's Way

After visiting another high pressure dealership, we went to Driver's Way and met Bruno. He was extremely professional, patient and helpful. His knowledge of the inventory was remarkable. We looked at several different vehicles before making our choice. Bruno fully explained every detail and was a tremendous help in our selection. I will utilize Driver's Way again and would recommend Bruno to anyone in the market for a great car purchasing experience without all the junk that is typical at other dealerships.

My husband and I had a very pleasant and professional experience with Drivers Way in Pelham, AL. Our Sales Representative, Bruno Riechert was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had been looking for a car for a couple of weeks and the high pressure at "regular" dealerships was very disheartening. We also tried internet shopping through the dealerships. All we got back from them was form letters and that was a total waste of our time.

Bruno was such a breath of fresh air and dealing with Drivers Way was a great experience! I would definitely recommend Bruno to my friends and family. In fact, a friend came with me to pick up my car and I told her she should deal with Bruno at Drivers Way when she gets ready to purchase a car.

WAS LOOKING ON INTERNET FOR MY DAUGHTER ANOTHER CAR AFTER HER'S WAS A TOTAL LOSS AFTER A COLLISION. FOUND THE CAR LISTED AND MADE A PHONE CALL TO BRUNO RIECHERT WHOM WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE MADE SURE CAR HAD ALL OPTIONS LISTED ON INTERNET AND ALSO CALLED ON THE PHONE WHILE WALKING AROUND THE CAR LETTING ME KNOW OF ANY BLEMISH'S HE SAW.
GAVE HIM A DOWN PAYMENT DEPOSIT AND DROVE THERE ON CHRISTMAS EVE. UPON ARRIVING SEEN THE CAR JUST AS BRUNO HAD DESCRIBED,TEST DROVE AND THEN BRUNO HELPED WITH ALL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CAR,WARRANTY,CAR FAX REPORT AND PAPER WORK! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND LOVED HOW CLEAN DRIVER'S WAY WAS AND HOW EASY THEY MADE IT FOR US TO PURCHASE A CAR. THEY EVEN HELPED ON GAS FOR TRAVELING OVER 150 MILES.

Great service they did everything that they could to get me a great deal. This is the 3rd car we have bought in the last year. If we ever need an other car we will go back to drivers Way.

Friendly professional,prompt,helpful,repectful,knowledegable. We purchased new 2012honda civic and had to wait on loan approval and Bruno was very prompt and kept me well informed. Great experience.

I took a Saturday afternoon to look at some used cars and ended up at DW. I knew basically what I was looking for, and Bruno helped me with everything else.

Bruno was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was helpful, informative and the nicest car salesman I have ever met. He was 100% honest with me and my family about the cars we were looking at. He offered suggestions and even took time to look up my mother's maiden name to see if she had German relatives! He was the first one to greet us when we walked in the door while all of the other sales people were sitting behind the front desk. He made a great impression on us!
