Buddy Holguin at Capistrano Volkswagen

I went in to Capo VW to return my lease and then lease a new car (both were Jettas). Returning my lease was extremely easy and they waived my return fee. They also found the exact kind of car I wanted to lease within 10 min of being there. The whole profess only took about 2 1/2 hours - which is not bad at all. Buddy was extremely helpful and everyone was very nice. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family and will go to them for my next car.

Great people to deal with ! I was unable to visit there store because I live 2 hours away and wanted more information on one of there used cars advertised. David gave honest and clear condition of the vehicle. When i did come to see the vehicle david was off but still took the time to have a associate to attend to me. Buddy was also excellent when i arrived at the dealership, vehicle was cleaned and pulled to the front with keys in hand awaiting my arrival for a test drive. Buddy was great giving me my own "space" to inspect the vehicle and answer any questions i have. He was also great in attending to my family as i was still inspecting the car. Overall great experience from the whole dealership being plesant and kind !

Buddy has been simply awesome !
Him and Nick Colucci made the purchase of our new Passat TDI a joy.
Buddy will give you straight answers and no games. He nows the cars inside and out and is on top of it.
Nick will give you the best deal anywhere. This dealership has been around since 1965 and there is a reason for it. They are simply the best!
You will walk away feeling elated knowing you got a great deal.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone - ask for Buddy, he will take well care of you.

I leased a CC from Capo VW a number of years ago and had a great experience, looked at the Touareg three times over the years and finally decided to take the plunge. My husband and I test drove one evening near closing time and Peter assisted us in test driving a Passat and Touareg TDI. He stayed with us past closing and never made us feel rushed, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I really wanted a Touareg Lux TDI with the pano sunroof and noticed late that night their inventory was updated and they had exactly what I wanted. Although Peter was willing to look at other dealerships I only wanted to deal with Capo VW because of their reputation and my experience over the years. So when the exact model came in I called early the next morning and Peter located the vehicle, I went straight in. Since Peter was busy with another customer, the sales manager didn't want me to wait but asked me if it was okay if another sales person assisted me, so here enters Buddy. The same nice gentleman that welcomed me at the door and brought me some water. The entire process was seamless, efficient and easy. Being I ran all sorts of financial scenarios I was prepared for what finance would come back with and there was nothing but honestly in the numbers based on the scenarios I asked them for. In my business honestly and integrity is crucial and I expect that from who I buy and work with. Capo VW exemplifies this for an auto dealership. I have worked with other car dealerships and I am impressed with how Capo VW is managed and how it selects and trains it's employees. As for my delivery, Buddy was extensive in his knowledge and went over everything with me, said we're family now so if you need anything call me anytime and I'll walk you through any questions you have on your car. I highly recommend Capo VW!

Buddy was extremely helpful with finding me a used Jetta. He was enjoyable to work with and has a great personality. He let me know about the perks I get for buying from their volkswagen dealership and ensured me that I would be taken care of. This has been one of the best experiences at a dealership because Buddy did not make me feel rushed to buy a car. I plan to go back soon to get the free car wash on Wednesdays and say hi to Buddy :)

We shopped a little north of there and had a very bad day. We just wanted to go down Capistrano to see if they had anything better. Wow! As soon as we got there we felt so much better. The people were all happy (not fighting with each other like at the other place). Everyone was so nice and Buddy was so helpful and knowledgeable about the car we wanted it was great. We were so upset after the first place but that was all fixed as soon as we walked on the lot in Capistrano. We feel soooooo gooooood about buying our car there.

We dad a very good experience when buying our new 2011 VW Jetta SportWagon TDI at Capistrano Volkswagon. We met The General Manager Gary Willenborg at a Car Show last weekend in San Clemente Ca., they were the sponsor of the event. Were were so impressed with the way Gary presented the VW and particlarly the TDI Jetta Sportwagon. My huband and I went in the dealorship the next day and ordered our own TDI Wagon. Gary introduced us to Buddy one of his top salesman and the deals was done in a very short time. Buddy had to find the exact car with all of the bells and whistles that we wanted and that just took a few days. Just a week after meeting our new best friend Gary Willenborg at the Car Show, we are driving a great TDI Wagon of our own. O ya, we checked around at the prices at other VW dealers and we saved a gread deal of $$$$$.

My salesman was named Buddy, he met all of my needs and had an answer for every question i could think of and more. With a great personality and a genuine interest with my needs i left completely satisfied. i felt like i was buying something as opposed to being sold something.
