My Review Of Cortese Auto Group:

Brought in my car today to get fixed. The brakes were squealing and it was annoying to drive. Ed on the service area was extremely pleasant and kept us updated on what was going on. I am paying nothing out of pocket and they even will get me a rental free of charge if it isn't ready when I come to get it Monday. I had an unpleasant experience before but John cortese personally called me to clear everything up. That is how you run a business! Thanks guys for making me happy again and getting my cute little car back in perfect condition!

Shane has been very responsive to my needs and concerns. he has also made himself avalable to me for any future needs or concerns that i may have with my mustang. joe got me the car a lot sooner than i expected, through some creative financing. i will be dealing with him in the future and know he will give his all for my needs. also byron from internet sales got the ball rolling for me. it's the car i've wanted for over 40 years however family responcabilities came first, now it's my turn. thank you all for making it possible. jg

My Review Of Cortese Auto Group:

This is our second Outlander from Cortese auto group scince 2007 and my wife and I have been very happy with the courteous service from Bob over the years.
Byron and ANNA have gone over the top to insure a very pleasent sale on our new Outlander Sport;and we are looking forward to three more trouble free years. Note-that day I lost my 1000.00 pair of glasess somewhere and as a last resort after searching the whole house I called Byron and asked him to check our old car we traded in and low&behold they were UNDER THE CARPET in the back seat!!! this turned it from a good deal to a GREAT SALE!!dont ask me how they got there?-thank you Cortese Auto Group.JohnFederico
