My name is Justin Rhett. I haven't had a car in 5 yrs due to me being financially unstable and working to clean debts on my credit. I would like to thank everyone at Safford of Fredericksburg for the courtesy, professionalism, and help they provided me. I now own the car of my dreams, a Jeep Wrangler. I've wanted a Jeep Wrangler every since Mc Guyver lol. I especially want to think 2 people. Tom Lorenz a Sales Professional who guided me, and took the time out of his work schedule to really go to bat for me to obtain my vehicle. Tom is a man I look up to and appreciate all that he has done. Thanks again Tom. Also I want to thank Joan Bays (new car manager) who also was a vital help in believing and trusting Tom. Joan is a woman of concern, kindness, and empathy.Her smile will always be a reminder of hope. I shall spread the word to all my fellow comrades and soldiers that if you are looking for a car, then the people at Safford of Fredericksburg are 1st and not last with making your dreams come true. Ray Perez and Jeff McCallum really went the extra mile in getting me into my new car. They put in extra hours so that they could work with me. I had no credit, no co-signers, and no down payment but they still managed to get me into a vehicle that same day. They were professional, courteous, and worked extremely hard. They have provided support and help at every turn with my car so far. Ray especially goes the extra mile to make sure I enjoy my car and that I have access to everything I need as far as it's maintenance or questions and concerns. Jeff also put in a lot of work to get me in the vehicle and assisted Ray with any questions or concerns I had. I absolutely will, and have been, referring everyone I know to Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Fredericksburg and will continue to do so. The service was excellent, the employees were friendly, and they worked hard to get me into a new vehicle instead of turning me away because of my credit. I will definitely do all of my car shopping at Safford.

Al treated me fairly and made the purchase of my new vehicle easy. I have never seen such efficiency from a dealer before! Carl went out of his way to ensure I got the best possible interest rate etc....

Initially I came into this dealership for a maintenance on my wife's Chrysler PT cruiser sedan because we purchased it satisfactorily pre-owned from SAFFORD-Warrenton and had good experieces in the past with SAFFORD-FXB service department at the previous location (the service manager intake and processing was awesome - the mechanics alerted me by phone and email about every step being taken; the work was done right and expeditiously considering the amount of work required and need for outsourced parts).

While a awaited a courtesy ride home (by a congenial and professional driver), I inquired about mini-van literature because we now have grandchildren; my wife had hinted I should trade in my PT for an upgrade. With past divorce consequences to my credit rating, I did not think it was feasible to discuss a new vehicle purchse.

The sales staff (especially Daniel Ruark) was cooperative and patient...no pressure...they listened and gave me an overviw of the current priduct line. The sales associate had excellent product knowledge. This helped a lot since I don't know much about mini vans since decades ago. The sales floor and sales management were very communicative throughout the whole relationship and oriented to finding an acceptable deal in spite of challenges.

I went through the process of qualifying; and the back office worked hard to get me into a situation where a deal was possible. They also worked harder when a rival dealer appeared to be making me a better offer on price, terms and conditions. SAFFORD got my business and that should show anyone reading this memo that they were serious about being the best value provider in our area. I'm not made out of money and SAFFORD never made me feel a sale was about the money. They wanted to meet my family needs.

The actual sales paperwork through financing always in past events was a toothache process...NOT at SAFFORD. I NEVER was able to get through all of those complexities with clarity in such a record amount of time. It was clear to me that SAFFORD thinks the customer's time is valuable also.

Afterwards, I was even able to afford a few accessories...the parts department and internet interface worked wonderfully. Wally in particualr made sure to contact me to ensure the order would be correct and delivered promptly/accurately. He was able to answer lots of other questions I had about my new vehicle.

IF THERE ARE ANY MILITARY VETERANS OUT THERE - SAFFORD APPRECIATES YOUR SACRIFICE FOR THE NATION AND THEY WILL WORK HARD TO FIND WAYS TO OBTAIN REBATES ESPECIALLY FOR PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN APPRECIATION.

Safford of Fredericksburg is by far the most attentive, fun and professional dealership I have been too. Working with been was near indescribable. By the time I showed up at Safford I was near done with the search for a new vehicle due to the experience that I received at a few dealerships prior. However, my friend convinced me to just stop by Safford and see what they had to offer. I'm so thankful that I did because I ended up leaving in a brand new Charger that fits my needs and personality. Working with Ben was wonderful; he helped me find a car that was safe for children as well as great on gas and something that was still “sporty” and fun. Needless to say I would recommend Safford of Fredericksburg to anyone in the market for a new vehicle and if you want a car salesman that isn’t pushy and is knowledgeable, considerate and with a sense of humor than as for Ben. He made our purchase an enjoyable one and we look forward to working with him and the lovely staff at Safford in the future.

My husband and I just bought our 2nd vehicle from Safford of Fredericksburg. We bought our 2011 Nitro in November of 2011 and in January we purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram. Both times went amazingly smooth and both times we dealt with Al, Joan and Carl. I simply cannot say enough good things about this trio. I never had a question that wasn't immediately answered, I never had a doubt that wasn't immediately reassured. I recommend Safford, and Al Allee to everyone who asks about my new car!!

My husband and I went into Safford looking for a 4x4 vehicle. We were instantly greeted by Al, who never left our side - even down to the final wave bye as we drove off in our brand new Dodge Nitro. Al was so understanding, even smiled through my multiple vehicle idea changes. I wasn't feeling well that day, so my head wasn't 100% clear on what I wanted. I couldn't breathe and talk at the same time, but he understood. Even offered me cough drops and DayQuil! He became family at that point! Joan was super sweet, kept us up to date on every conversation Carl was having with the lenders. Carl faught for us, tooth and nail, to get us approved. He promised he would get it done, and he kept that promise. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and I have many times! I have given this dealership a 5 out of 5 rating because they honestly deserve it!! I usually cringe at the thought of "car sales" - but not anymore....not with Safford!!

We were made to feel very welcome. There was no pressure or "hovering" over us. We were asked what we were interested in and not pushed into anything more. We were treated like customers, called by name, and were given individual attention by both Mr. Allee and Mr. Joseph. They worked with us to meet our needs. We were so pleased when we left! We even got a follow up call from Mr. Allee the next day to make sure we were satisfied. We would highly recommend that others go to Safford of Fredericksburg to purchase a car.
