Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex. More

I went to this dealership to have my NOx sensor replaced. When I got my truck back, I kept hearing a rattle under the hood as I drove. I bought a Audi A6 prestige with $ 4000 down it was a quart low on oil the day I bought it .. I brought it in 3 times in 3 weeks because it used a quart of oil every week .. I told them I wanted my money back and did not want the car after 3 weeks .. they said I could not have my $ 4000 back but they would transfer it to another car as down payment .. so instead of leaving and loosing my $ 4000 I bought a Jeep.. but I was told I needed $ 8000 down or I could not get it financed .. so I gave another $ 4000 and I was told my $ 8000 would be my down payment on the Jeep taking $ 8000 off the principal.. I trusted them and signed the paperwork and then I found out they only put $ 2000 down payment on the Jeep and they kept my $ 6000... I asked s was hat happened to my $ 6000 and the general manager told me the Audi I had for 3 weeks was not worth what I paid for it so he charged me $ 6000 for driving it for 3 weeks., and he said “ I’m in business to make money “ the reason I bought a car in the first place was my Lincoln was in their body shop getting 2 new doors on it and when they gave it back to me both windows did not work and several bolts were not installed and parts missing one window moved front to back farther than up or down because they forgot to install the window trac so both windows do not open at all and I had footprints on my door panels where they actually walked on them and wires not plugged in and doors put on crooked .. a big mess .. I was not allowed to se my car while it was in the shop . I found out later it was because they did not have a body man work on my car at all but their young helper so they did not have to pay as much to fix my car .. both windows do not work and you can not lock or unlock the car . They said they were finished and my car is even missing parts and my door panel broken .. also the paint color does not even match on a $ 40000 Lincoln Continental.. absolutely the worst body shop and worst dealer I have ever seen or had anything to do with . You will do better to stay away from these crooks.. they told me my $ 8000 I paid down on my Jeep would lower the principal on my Jeep .. they lied .. very crooked dealership More
