A week ago my husband and I made our third consecutive purchase of a new Camry. All have been from Palm Beach Toyota. All from the outstanding sales representative, Carcell Assroupe, and the terrific sales manager, Roger Myton. Our experience once again was wonderful and easy; handled with integrity and expertise. We knew what we wanted, an agreement was made, and upon our arrival at the dealership, the paperwork was ready and we stresslessly completed signing all paperwork. We then went to see Elkin Ruiz in the finance department, who was a lovely man with professionalism and a smile. I must also mention another really nice person, Jean Albert, sales representative. He was called upon to show us how to work Bluetooth and assisted readily. He was kind enough to invite us back to see him for further help at any time.
The car is beautiful. We are very happy. We would not think of going anywhere else in the future to buy a car. Many thanks to these quality people. A special thanks to the wonderful Carcell and Roger.

Jeff Witham is the nicest General Manager I have ever met at a car dealership and it shows in his sales staff. I was at Palm Beach Toyota with my 80 year old father to get him a new car. We dealt with Carcell Assroupe what a nice guy ,after test driving a couple different models we left with a brand new Camry LE.The whole car buying experiance was stress free and actually enjoyable.My Dad is very happy and so am I.

At Brad Crouch's recommendation (marketer), we were introduced to Carcell Assroupe and the Palm Beach Toyota dealership. Carcell succeeded in making us feel like we were the most important customers visiting that day. For that matter, everyone in this dealership was very friendly and accomodating, including Rudy Larriu, the Finance Mgr, and the manager. We have been loyal Toyota customers since 1991. We were very impressed with the service we received, and will be very happy to recommend Carcell and PB Toyota to our friends, and anyone in the market for a new car.

Great customer service. The entire process was easy and painless. From the moment I walked the entire process was easy. They had the car ready and prepared for me. Financing was easy as well.

Carcell our sales man was very helpful, was going to test drive a Kia after looking at the Prius. Carell got me to test drive the Prius and my wife and I were surprised how well it drove. Carcell convinced us to buy the Prius and never made it to Kia.
I will recomend Carcell to anyone I here are looking for a car.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of care and attention to details that was given to me over this weekend when i was buying a 2012 camry XLE.Carcel and Roger are genuinely honest and upfront.There are no frills to the way they do business.There are no hidden surprises and they genuinely look out for you.I live in Weston and travelled 60 miles to this dealership as i wasnot happy with the treatment i got at other places.Let's just say the trip was entirely worth it.My entire deal was easily discussed without surprises over the phone and everything was ready to go by the time i was at the dealership.They did this because i was comingfrom afar.Let us just say i got a sweet deal and made some friends at the same time.

I could not believe that buying a new car could be this positive of an experience. From my first call with Roger I had a far better experience than at any other dealership I had been dealing with. Roger was enthusiastic, understood exactly what I was looking for, gave us a great price, and was not pushy at all. He stuck to the deal we had discussed. When I went to the dealership, he, Carcell, and Dan were incredibly nice, professional and honest. Carcell explained everything I needed to know about the car I was looking at and took the time to answer all of my questions. They gave me a very very good deal, and made buying a car easy and a positive experience! I am truly grateful I went to Palm Brach Toyota and got to work with these gentlemen.
