Not the typical car buying experience. Dealing with Carl made our visit fast, easy and hassle-free. He went above and beyond the normal boundaries that other salesmen would call excessive and it seemed that this was his normal mode of operation for anything. We had no pressure or excessive demands placed on us and had fullcontrol ofour deal at all times. I will look forward to dealing with Carl for our future vehicle purchase(s).

after discovering that i wanted a faily rare and hard-to-find car, i called dean team to see about a test drive. when they told me they didn't have the exact car i wanted (sportswagen TDI), they offered to let me drive the jetta TDI and the non-diesel sportswagen so i would have a good idea. they then managed to get their hands on thhe TDI and when i showed up for my appointment, the car was tagged with my name and waiting for me. the salesperson (carl schaeffer) went with me on my test drive, explaining the various bells and whistles, and even went with me to the toyota dealership to compare the TDI to the prius (my other top choice). when i didn't buy the car that day, carl kept in touch with me, worked with me on numbers that worked for me, and then secured the exact car i wanted in another state and made the trade. when i returned to buy the car, he worked to get the trade in value i needed and the price of the car to my happy place, and then sent me home in a loaner until my car arrives. it was quick, easy, and painless. i highly recommend dean team subaru volkswagen!

I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the Dean Team members were in locating the perfect car for me and handling all the details of trading in my severely damaged car. They made a complicated situation seem easy. I believe I was given a fair price and that they went the extra mile in getting an extra key made, finding the keyless code, detailing the car, filling the gas tank, and even setting up the blue tooth phone connection for me.

Carl was able to locate the car that we wanted. I would recommend Carl to others looking for a car. When we replace our other vehicle we will see what he has to offer. He included our kid in conversations and didn't make him feel like he shouldn't be there while we were looking at cars. So far the car has been great and it is the right car for this family.

I bought a new 2012 Volkswagon Jetta GLI from the Dean Team. The overall customer service was great. Anything I asked they were willing to consider and help me out. They gave me a good a price on the new Jetta and I would definitely purchase from their dealership again.
