Just bought my second vehicle from Five Star Ford. 1st was an F-150 (amazing truck) now the Bronco (yeah you need to get one). Both times were painless (I do not like to hem and haw). Having to order then wait for your vehicle to arrive was not ideal, however with chip and parts shortages across all makes and models of vehicles it appears that is the way to go now. Mike the Bronco guy was MAN! No xx and right to the point. Both the dealership and the Motor Company kept me in the loop. Will be heading back soon to order a Maverick for the wife. More

Carlos was the best person to deal with because he understood exactly what we wanted and he sent lots of photos and information to us. We communicated through telephone calls, text and e-mails, he answered ALL our questions and never made us feel like we asked too many! He was always available, and happy to help us every step of the way. Together we came to terms that we were very happy with, Carlos is honest and fair and we know that we got the best quality at the fairest price! He even found a transporter at a better cost than we could find plus they offered insurance and a professional level that we could not find on our own. Maria worked as team with Carlos to make the whole buying process smooth. We made a few changes on the paperwork that through everything off, but Maria fixed those items and re-sent documents to us so that we would have no problems registering it in NC. This was the BEST auto purchase we have ever had and all thanks to Carlos Codie and his excellent customer service and concern for us. More

Carlos Codie is my lifetime salesman Our company was in search of a new van to replace a van that was totaled. We arrived on black friday and was greeted by Carlos. Told him about the one van we wanted, he got us the keys. we test drove it and Carlos worked us the best deal he could. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have Had. We returned 2 months later to purchase another van similar to the other. we test drove several different ones and he was very patient with us as we had a harder time deciding this time but he stuck with us and made this one a great experience as well. we will use Five star Ford for our vehicles supplier in the future as long as Carlos is there.
